POSTS STORIES REELS

Turkey Fillet with Crispy Herbs & Chili 🌶️

Pan-fry turkey fillet with fresh rosemary, oregano, garlic and sage. Once the herbs turn golden and crispy, remove them and add roughly chopped fresh chili to the meat — finish cooking together for that extra kick.

Alongside: a creamy potato-pumpkin-sweet potato mash, boiled and whipped smooth. And the perfect finishing touch — kimchi on the side. 🥬🔥

Crispy, aromatic, comforting and bold all at once.

Slow-Cooked Pulled Beef 🥩

Same method as always, this time beef instead of pork. Slow-cooked for 3-3.5 hours at 150°C. Season with pepper, salt, paprika — or any meat seasoning you love, your favorite chili works great too 🌶️.

Add 2 whole heads of garlic alongside, plus oregano and sage, and that’s it.

Near the end, add a piece of butter on top and shred the meat right in its own juices — that’s what keeps it so tender and succulent.

Served with creamy mashed potatoes and fresh tomatoes, cucumber and yellow peppers on the side. Simple, honest, incredibly satisfying. 🍽️

What’s your go-to slow-cooked meat? 👇

Chili Dip 🌶️

1 lime, 2 onions, 3 tomatoes, 5-7 chili, cucumber, garlic 🧄. Blend everything together, add salt, pepper and mustard, finish with olive oil.

Tastes incredible, and keeps in the fridge for up to 5 days. Perfect with meat and fish, but also amazing on any sandwich — like today’s. 🥪

Salmon, Chili & Horseradish Sandwich 🥪🔥

My absolute favorite sandwich! ❤️ A real explosion of flavors! 💥

Fresh bread, butter, red onion, cheese, smoked salmon, freshly grated horseradish, my homemade Chili Garlic Oil and a little Devil’s Tongue Chocolate chili powder. 🌶️

The smoky salmon, creamy butter, sharp horseradish and spicy chili create an incredible combination. The Chili Garlic Oil adds its rich garlic aroma, while the Devil’s Tongue brings another layer of fruity, intense heat. 🔥🔥🔥

Simple ingredients, bold flavors and just the right amount of fire! 🌶️🥪

A rich chili 🌶️ harvest for my Chili Garlic Oil 🔥

I preserve my homegrown chilies using an old traditional method without heating them. This helps retain their natural vitamins, fresh aroma and intense flavor while making the harvest suitable for long-term storage.

The process takes 3 days, but it means I can enjoy my own homegrown chilies throughout the winter. 🌶️❄️

Summer harvest, preserved for winter — exactly how I love it! 👌🔥

Pear & Fig Jam 🍐🍇

Peel the pears and cut them into pieces. Cut the figs into pieces without peeling them.

Add sugar – 1 kg of fruit to 1 kg of sugar – and cinnamon to taste. Simmer gently for about 1 hour.

Pour the hot jam into sterilized jars, close with sterilized lids and turn the jars upside down for about 30 minutes. Cover them with a cloth. After 30 minutes, turn the jars back over and leave them covered until completely cool.

This is how my grandma used to make jam from all kinds of fruit – simple, traditional and without complicated recipes.

The result is absolutely delicious! 🍐🍇❤️
Stored properly, the jam keeps for up to 1 year.

Beetroot & Swiss chard soup ❤️🥣🌿

Wash the mung beans and soak them in water for 10–20 minutes.

Fry small pieces of pork belly, add coriander, cumin and chili powder, then immediately add water. Add the mung beans and cook for about 10 minutes.

Meanwhile, cut beetroot with stems and leaves, Swiss chard, carrots, garlic, potatoes and pumpkin. Add everything to the pot together with 1 tbsp cornmeal. Season with salt, bay leaf and tarragon. I also added fresh Aji Charapita and Cayenne 🌶️🔥.

Cook for another 15 minutes. At the end, add fresh parsley, oregano and mint.

Serve with sour cream, pumpkin seed oil and my favourite Trinidad Scorpion Moruga Red chili powder – up to 2 million Scoville! 🔥

A real vitamin and mineral powerhouse: mung beans provide protein and fiber, beetroot and its leaves are rich in folate and antioxidants, while chard, pumpkin, carrots, garlic and fresh herbs add even more vitamins, minerals and valuable plant compounds.

Warm, filling and packed with goodness. ❤️🔥

Pork belly in a Sač 🔥🔥🔥

Cut the pork belly into pieces and grill it together with fresh vegetables. We used zucchini, pumpkin, and chili 🌶️🎃.

Once everything was nicely grilled, we took it off the grill and placed it into the cast-iron Sač together with plenty of red onion. Add a generous amount of butter and put the grilled pork belly and vegetables back in.

Cover and let everything cook under the Sač for another 15 minutes.

The result? Incredibly tender, juicy pork belly with beautifully roasted vegetables and that unmistakable smoky flavor. 🔥🔥🔥🔥👌

Honestly, this was one of the most delicious meals we’ve made on the grill!

Shrimp 🍤 with sage & garden vegetables 🌿

Pan-fry the shrimp with garlic and fresh sage leaves until perfectly cooked. At the end, I seasoned them with my chili powder 🌶️🔥 for an extra spicy kick.

Boil the potatoes and add fresh broccoli during the last 3 minutes. Finish with a little butter.

And then came my favorite part: a special salad made entirely with vegetables from my garden – Ethiopian eggplant (Solanum aethiopicum), fresh beetroot, chili 🌶️, dried oregano for extra fiber and purple oregano. Dress everything with good olive oil.

This plate is not only colorful and delicious, but also packed with nutrients. 🥗

Ethiopian eggplant provides fiber, potassium and antioxidant plant compounds. Beetroot is rich in folate, potassium and natural nitrates, while its deep color comes from powerful antioxidants called betalains. Chili adds vitamin C and capsaicin, the compound responsible for its heat. Broccoli brings vitamin C, vitamin K, folate and plenty of fiber, while oregano is packed with aromatic antioxidant compounds.

Together with protein from the shrimp, healthy fats from olive oil and butter, and carbohydrates from potatoes, this makes a wonderfully balanced meal – fresh, filling and full of vitamins, minerals and plant compounds straight from my garden. 🌱🔥

Rainbow trout with pumpkin & broccoli 🐟🎃🥦🌶️

I pan-fried the rainbow trout together with pumpkin pieces, seasoning everything with salt and chili 🌶️🔥. Once the trout was perfectly cooked, I took it out of the pan.

Then I added fresh broccoli and pre-cooked beans to the same pan and cooked everything briefly in the delicious flavors left behind by the trout.

I served it on a plate covered with fresh basil 🌿. On the side, I had a fresh salad made with cucumber, garlic, carrots, and spring onion.

A delicious and nutritious meal, ready in just 15 minutes ✔️

Packed lunch for the office 🥗🔥

Black and red beans with meat – both pre-cooked and frozen. Fresh broccoli and thin slices of pumpkin are added directly to the container. At the office, I simply warm everything together for 3 minutes.

On the side: cucumber, tomatoes, basil, sage, fruit mint, Chili Garlic Oil, feta, and sun-dried tomatoes 🍅🌿🌶️

I love lunches like this – colorful, filling, homemade, and full of different fresh ingredients.

The beans provide fiber, plant protein, and resistant starch to feed beneficial gut bacteria. Meat and feta add high-quality protein, while broccoli and pumpkin provide vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, and valuable plant compounds. Fresh herbs, tomatoes, and cucumber add even more variety, while Chili Garlic Oil brings aroma, healthy fats, and a spicy kick.

And the best part? Everything is prepared at home, so I can enjoy a proper homemade lunch at the office in just a few minutes. 🌿
