POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

I just discovered this song yesterday…and there can’t be a better sound for this caption!!!

I’ve really felt like saying a lot since morning but words fail me! However I’ve tried my best (together with the frustration iPhone storage gave me 🤧) to put out a short video (which I’ll post later…please manage this for now Ejoor)😩

Someone told me not long ago that every year is same so what’s the point of the celebrations?!…I’m even sure some of my friends will find it weird I’m being loud about 24’ when I’ve verbally told them that I’m not planning anything much for 25 next year…lol!

But, there’s a particular reason why I’m especially EXTRA excited about this year…. (You’ll get to hear some of the background story in my upcoming short video)🫠

So till then,
Here’s to 24’ 🥂

I can’t even keep count of all the many many blessings that rolled out this year! How God has been so PRESENT and iNtenTIonAL about ME? Kai! Lord…. thank you!!

We’re not even close to halfway yet, but I’m so READY for the journey you want to lead me through.🔥

Happy Birthday to Me (Tabitha omo Komolafe)

Cheers to 24’ 🥂

I still can’t believe this past 5 days really happened!

I went to help out a friend, then tended to another sick friend through the night last week. Little did i know I was coming down with multiple things at once. In the end, I was fighting for my life, like literally. I have never had to take so much heaps of drugs in my 23 years of life, not even when I was having concussions and fainting while growing up (story for another day). One thing I know is, I saw life fleet these past days and I have come to appreciate God and everyone, every good hearts who reached out to me, who tended to me, who cared for me, may God bless you (Thanks to my Dad, Family, and friends @gbotty_baby and @peju_ladeji especially).

My God! I so much didn’t want to be hospitalized and was barely alive on my couch for days😪

I don’t know why this is the first and in a long while post on this space this year lol! But just as the background sound, I believe in God strongly and in His plans for me. This was so unprecedented, so aggressive, so intent, but nah, God’s got better and good plans for me. I won’t die, I will excel, I will make it, I will live. No illness can take that from me!

Happy New Year Everyone!✨

Ps. Take a moment today to appreciate God for life, health, and appetite! (Water was the sweetest food i enjoyed for days)! 🙏 by @tashal_ko

So here we are, the last day of the month, also the last Sunday in 2023, ever!

Ps. Slide 1 is a picture of my ‘Lecturer turn dad’ Mr. Akpobo Odorume and I on my convocation day (3rd, Nov 2023). God! I have so many things that I can’t thank you enough for concerning him, but thank you Lord.

Ps. Slide 2-4 are pictures of me and my family on my convocation day. I want to thank you for each of them Lord including my parents (plus my other siblings) in absenteeism; Lord, with a lot and millions to say, thank you for the gift of Family.

Ps. Slide 5 is a selfie of me while creating content for a job i got in the last quarter of this year. Thank you Jesus for this and every little little ways you open up for me to be cared for; although it was fleeting, i enjoyed the ride and I am grateful.

Ps. Slide 6 is a selfie i took amidst tears of overflowing joy when i first got the news that I was going for NYSC, because i know what it took after getting delayed for almost a year due to unavoidable circumstances which all turned to testimonies and Praise later, thank you Jesus. (Although funny…lol don’t mind my teeth, *whispers* they run in the family).

Ps. And slide 7 is none other than your fav Otondo! Everyone lit chased me home from day 1 that I can’t bear it buh I couldn’t have done it without you Lord. Thank you for camping, for the new connections, for the new friends i met in camp (Bolu and Covenant), for NCCF Oyo, and for the entire NYSC future experience.

Ps. Slide 8 is what you just saw hehehe 🤭! Thank you Lord for keeping your baby girl fresh and standing even after skinning her head. (The story behind that will be gotten in my Dm if you want to know…lol)

Pss. This post cannot be complete without the loml! Omo!! My urgent ‘any amount’!!! Thank you Lord for Rhoda, my bestie since birth and yes, my sisturrr!

Psss. Finally, Slide 10 is a portrait of your fav baby girl wearing her fav dress on the last day and last Sunday of 2023. What other grandiose way to wrap up the year, yea? Thank you Abba.

Pssss. Thank you all for reading this long epistle of your baby girl, you are loved specially by Abba! We’ll all win in 2024…. Happy new year in a bit and cheers 🥂 by @tashal_ko

Birthdays are meant to be bright and cheerful…
A testament of the living to God…
Of who He’s been throughout the season…
And of JUST who He is…
I wanted to skip this year’s at first…
Then i remembered…
All of God’s goodness and mercy…
I would be an ungrateful kid to a good father…
So here I am…
To say “Thank you Jesus…
For Life! For Life!! For Life!!!
Cheers to 22🥂
