Consider any form of domestic violence against you a threat to your life. Please, don’t wait for it to get worse before you leave.

So many women and men are dying slowly, silently, behind closed doors. And that is why we must keep talking about domestic violence. Unrelentingly. Until someone finds the courage to speak up. Until someone finds the strength to leave. Until we stop losing lives to abuse.

No one is immune. Not the biggest celebrity. Not the wealthiest woman. Not the woman selling in the market. Domestic violence does not discriminate, and neither should our compassion.

Speak up. Seek help. Make a safety plan. Get out when it is safe to do so.

Love should never cost you your life. ❤️‍🩹

I took a break from recording content to make lunch for my family, and this song was on repeat because it’s been stuck in my head all week.

October looks like good news. October looks like I’ll be praising God all through. God has been good to me. In the highs and lows, when I had and when I didn’t have. He’s been good!

And though I get confused sometimes and the path isn't clear, I know He has put so much in me, and it’s just a matter of time before it manifests. 🙏🙏
