Steel-cut oats in minutes, thanks to the Instant Pot.

In Ayurveda, warm, cooked foods are considered grounding and nourishing, especially as we move into the cool, dry energy of autumn.

Oats are gentle on digestion, cinnamon brings warmth and supports digestive fire, walnuts provide nourishing fats to help balance dryness, and a drizzle of maple syrup adds a little sweetness and grounding energy.

Serves 2
1/2 cup steel cut oats
1 1/4 cups water

Pressure cook on high for 4 minutes,
Natural release for 10.

Top with walnuts, apple, hemp hearts, or pumpkin seeds, and milk of choice. by @tashia.in.practice
