Hey, I'm Tash. Welcome!

If you're a small business owner who's wearing all the hats and wondering where the day disappeared, you're in the right place.

I take the admin off your plate… the inbox, the calendar, the documents, the stuff that keeps piling up while you're trying to actually run your business.

Ready to hand some of it over? Comment "SUPPORT" and let's chat about what support could look like for you. by @tashvirtual

The best support is the kind you don't have to think about.

I'm Virtual Tash, and I help small business owners stay organised by taking care of the admin that keeps piling up.

Whether it's managing your inbox, coordinating projects, keeping your calendar on track, getting your newsletter out on time or handling the behind-the-scenes details, I'm here to make your business feel lighter and your days less overwhelming.

Ready to reclaim some time?

If you’ve run an event before you might think I’m weird for this one BUT my favourite part was never the first dance or the doors opening at 9am on expo day…

It was the ADMIN!

But here I am. Give me a proposal with five fonts, wonky bullet points and headings that don't match.

Hot take: if you skip the post-event survey because everyone said it went well, you're planning your next event on vibes.

You've been running around all day keeping everything moving, so you ask a few people on their way out if they enjoyed it. They say yes. Nobody says why, or what they'd change. Your team gives you the same short answer because they're busy packing down.

I believe a quick survey sent while it's still fresh is the most underrated part of event coordination. Four questions get you the real picture (see slide 7 😉), and all of it, even the bits that seem too real, and helps you plan the next one with confidence.

Agree or disagree? Tell me below, What's something you only found out after your event was over? Did a survey catch it, or did it come out the hard way?

I ran events for 10+ years before I was a VA... and I can tell you this problem is not new.

If your vendors keep circling back with questions you know you've already answered, it's not a them problem.

It's that the details you provide are scattered. A bit in your inbox. A bit in your texts. A bit in your head from that phone call last Tuesday.

When there's no single place vendors can check, they'll keep coming back to you for the same answer. Over and over again.

My advice? from the get go set up a line of communication to keep all the answers and info flowing. a place where everyone who needs to know can catch up on the deets.

My favourite for this is Trello because you can drop everything in one card, tag whoever needs to see it, and skip the "wait, what did we say again" scroll through five different chats (plus it's free).

If you run events and you're sick of being everyone's human FAQ, this is exactly what I help you sort out in my content so make sure you're following me. by @tashvirtual

38 days and counting... Coffee in hand.

These six things I always set up before I even start to think about emailing vendors or lining up speakers for my next corporate event. Set up first, so event day feels calm (and I love it lol).

Save this for your next event. Got one coming up and need it handled? Let's chat. by @tashvirtual

Can we talk about how event planning always turns into a mad dash the week before… no matter how much time you actually had.

You tell yourself you'll map it all out early, and then suddenly it's the week of and you're googling things at 11pm that you probably should've sorted a month ago...

Most of the time the actual issue is the order you're doing things in. You start with the stuff you can control yourself (Canva, checklists, colour schemes) and leave the stuff that depends on other people until later... so by the time you actually go to book them, they're either fully booked or scrambling to fit you in.

The fix is working backwards from the event date instead of forwards from today. Lock in anything with a lead time first: caterers, venues, printers, whoever needs weeks of notice. Then let everything else slot in around them.

The tasks you can do yourself will wait for you. The ones that need someone else won't. by @tashvirtual

The best time to fix next year's event is at the end of this year's event.

When everyone's forgotten the details and half the committee have moved on you've lost the best opportunity to make the next event better.

A "Lessons Learnt Debrief" is the difference between solving a problem once or solving it every single year.

If you want your next event to be the easiest one yet comment EVENT and let's chat. by @tashvirtual

For ages I was manually juggling booking meetings in my calendar, keeping track of it all in my head (and notepad) and hoping I didn't double book myself. Then there was also my clients calendars!

I've digitised my calendar… and the difference in how much time I get back in a day, is awesome.

If you're still going back and forth through emails trying to find a time that works… just get a link sorted! Future you will thank you.

Calendar is sorted! What's next? Hit follow so you can see the one I have avoided filming. by @tashvirtual
