EPIC. 🖤Happy Juneteenth! ✊🏾🖤❤️💚First, a heartfelt thank you to @dominique_lavigne07 for telling our story and helping shine a light on the incredible Black-owned and Black chef-led restaurants and black owned businesses that make San Diego so special. Your support and coverage mean more than you know.I can’t take credit for the idea of Black food tours. I saw them thriving in other cities and wondered why San Diego didn’t have one.So I brought the concept here, added a little Bev magic ✨, and six months later we’re being featured on KUSI San Diego during Juneteenth weekend.Thank you as well to @louisianapurchasesd and @juliamaeskitchen for being part of the story. The @tasteblacksd food tour is BACK and already well on its way to a sellout. Every time the tickets drop it’s a fight to the finish and they typically sell out before I’m able to post a video. Keep an eye on their social media if this is sold out by time you read this. Occasionally they get a bigger bus or schedule another tour.
