Cocktail night! An array of margaritas and one rum based drink. A traditional margarita, made with reposado, lime juice, and cointreau to start. Next is a floral take on the classic drink, rimmed with a mixture of salt and crushed dried hibiscus, and replacing the cointreau with elderflower liqueur for a sweeter note. A cucumber margarita, made with hand juiced cucumber juice provides a palate cleansing and cool taste for the evening.
