This house has such a sensitivity of touch. As someone who is extremely tackle this house speaks to me in soft tones.
A village renovation done with care and attention to detail here in the center of Felanitx. Next to the market hall. Close to my favourite book shop // ceramic studio on the island. This city has a lot to offer. Believe the hype, Felanitx has this other worldly magic and being so close to the sea with Porto Colom just a 15 minute drive it truly ticks off all of my boxes.

Are you ready to say yes?

Taking care of homes goes beyond for us.

Whether it’s a private home or a rental, no detail is too small. We love our job, and our clients… but most of all, the incredible talent that work for us. Food stocked in the fridge and fresh florals in all the right places.

This is how we do it. 🤍 If you’re looking to elevate your home experience. Get intouch. Butlers. Florals and food are just a small part of what magic we bring to your home in Mallorca.

Getting to work with Lucia @serra_flowers is always a treat. She knows exactly how to put my words into florals. by @tastemakerhomes

On the topic of Lifestyle.

I have a new client who’s looking to buy a Palma Pied-à-terre, and I’m excited. But here’s the kicker… they keep mentioning Nou Llevant.
I for one don’t know this area, so I did what I know best, I asked everyone I knew who has been living on the island for yearsssss about it.

Conclusion:
Guess what, I don’t like it. So this very exciting new client is now coming with something I uphold more than anything, integrity. This area is not up and coming, please challenge me on this, please! This area, “depending on where” is dangerously close to some serious slums, not ugly housing, but violence on the street, crazy people stuff.
AND… It’s an absolute desert as none of these new developments are doing commercial units, so you have to drive to get any groceries.

Someone, change my mind. Help me see what others are seeing here, because I am not comfortable with it. by @tastemakerhomes

Inspiration comes from everywhere and when it’s boiling outside, I try to find refuge in quieter places.
Miró Miró MIRÓ forever.

The stained glass effect is really similar to the lamps I just purchased for a clients house from @berto_by_berto as I’m always on the look out for artisan pieces, and this client in particular has a weakness for gorgeous lighting.

Now I’ll be starting my search for artwork on the walls, and I would be lying if I said this wasn’t the best part. Getting to work with my friends small galleries and supporting artists is what it’s all about.

If you’re an artist or small gallery owner, please get intouch. x. Happy Friday! taken in Fundación Pilar y Joan Miró by @tastemakerhomes

If you’re anything like me, you are obsessed with water. Listening to a waterfall. A small bubbling in the pond. The look of water in the pool when it starts to rain. Diving in and cooling off… then this is the home for you. The long koi pond that stretches the whole length of the house to the beautiful pool. It’s serene. It is peace. It is what your next home should feel like.
