I’d like to thank those who patiently waited so I could capture every bite because the food around Spain deserves its moment

settled in the town of Fornalutx, with just 10 tables and the best view of the mountains is @ritma_mallorca, not only was the location incredible, the food was fresh and unique - pictured is my favorite bite of the trip: iberian pork croquette + gambusi

@ritma_mallorca the freshest fish and prepared to perfection

top left: aguachile + mexican salsa verde + dentol + orange
bottom left: fresh squid cut at the table tossed in its ink + olive oil - not on the regular menu and I’m so glad we got to try it, it was incredible

on the left: hands down the best prawn I’ve ever eaten, simply need more - to quote the chef “you’re going to cry eating these”

on the right: tacos with millo corvo + seafood + beef + bone barrow

and lastly on the left from @ritma_mallorca was the gyozas, inside is carabiner prawns + sobrasada (top) and onglet steak in mole 34 (bottom) - safe to say we tried a bit of everything on the menu

on the right: shout out our boat captain miguel for recommending the cutest town, Valldemossa, where we had great coffee and pastries, specifically the almond cake was delicious

in Fornalutx, where we stayed had some of the best restaurants, including @groenkfornalutx and I know a chicken sandwich is not very mallorca of me but it was so so so good

just a short flight over to Barcelona and on the first night we ate at @gatsbarcelona, located in the gothic quarter where the square was lively, with music playing, street performers, and overall great vibes

started the night with lots of amazing wine, patatas bravas, assorted croquettes - green croquettes with kale, goat cheese and baby spinach (my personal fav), iberian ham croquettes, and croquettes filled with baby squid in its ink

also from @gatsbarcelona we had the chickpea hummus with pistachio and pita bread, burrata salad, and charcoal grilled salmon with miso, lime and venere rice

Barcelona had the coolest neighborhoods, two of my favorites were el born and grácia, both filled with handmade shops and tiny by @tasteofmaya

If you ever visit beautiful Beaufort, NC you must try @aqua_restaurant - tucked away in the quaint beach town you'll find local dishes filled with fresh seafood & North Carolina classics.

If you’ve never been to CLT and want a 360 view of the city you must check out @fahrenheitclt

@fahrenheitclt has such a nice ambiance, stunning views, and delicious food that it's perfect for a date night or a celebratory dinner. We began with the Wagyu Short Rib Steam Buns (slide 2), which is a must to get and packed with flavorful Wagyu beef. For our main course, we enjoyed a classic Pepperoni Pizza. It was simple but incredibly delicious, with fresh tomatoes and a lotsss of Parmesan cheese – just the right size for sharing. taken in Charlotte, North Carolina by @tasteofmaya
