✨Dessert of the Month - September 2026 ✨

How amazing do these perfect layers look?! 😍

This Calvados, caramel & vanilla mille-feuille from @atlasjamesclose was an absolute dream.

Easily making its way in as our Dessert of the Month, the pastry was perfectly crisp and buttery, with plenty of vanilla coming through in that delicious crème anglaise. 🤤

One seriously good way to finish a meal! ✨

✨ Main of the Month - September 2026 ✨

Another tasty dish from @atlasjamesclose 🐟

This perfectly cooked seabass came with moules marinières, charred leeks and a delicious pike roe sauce.

A lovely dish all round, but that sauce really took it to the next level. We loved mopping up every last bit with the bread on offer! 😍

Our visit to @atlasjamesclose was full of absolute gems, so it was no surprise we had plenty of contenders for our Dishes of the Month! 🤌

First up, this beauty — Bluefin Tuna with chilli & puttanesca sauce. 🐟🌶️

Packed with flavour, perfectly balanced and just an all-round delicious dish. Definitely one that’s still on our minds! 😍

🌶️ A recent visit to the new @mantrahousedining in West Vale, and these little beauties were an absolute flavour bomb 💥

Crispy, creamy, tangy, sweet and packed with flavour — the perfect way to kick-start an Indian meal. 🇮🇳❤️

Back at the beginning of summer, we headed to the Summer Artisan Fayre at @manorhouselindley and, naturally, couldn’t resist picking up a few cheeky treats for lunch! 😋

A couple of months ago, we headed to @sage.slaithwaite , a new Mediterranean restaurant in the heart of Slaithwaite, not long after it opened — and what a lovely evening we had! 🍽️

We enjoyed a selection of really tasty dishes, packed with flavour, and you might even spot a familiar face in the form of our Dessert of the Month for June 👀🍰

If you’re in Leeds city centre, make a note of @uyare.leeds — a fantastic South Indian restaurant that’s been on our list to try for a while. 🌶️✨
