PLAYING DEFENSE RELEASE DAY 🤍🤍🎉🎉

I’m 2 days late with this post but even being sick I couldn’t pass the opportunity of letting you know that PLAYING DEFENSE IS OUT!

I loved it so much, I think Clara writes amazingly and really gets us involved in the history from start to finish!

Can’t wait for the next book! 🥰🥰 by @tastesbycat

January TBR 🩵🥶

new month also means new tbr that I hope I can achieve but usually I just read what I’m feeling! 😂

but since this year I created some bingos to help me reduce my tbr, I will be choosing books that can help me fill the categories!

the books are divided in 3 categories!

my picks:

🩵 riding the high
🩵 the women
🩵 collie
🩵 beneath the stars
🩵 good spirits

mini bookclub pick:
🩵 love, theoretically

husband’s pick:
🩵 the librarian spy

I decided again that this year my husband will pick one of my reads per month!

wish me luck and I wish all of you some amazing reads in January!!! 🥳🥳 by @tastesbycat

2026 book goals 🤍🤩

new year means new book goals and I love it! This year I tried to choose more achievable goals 😂

🧡 read 150 books
🧡 finish at least one book every 2 weeks
🧡 read 5 classics
🧡 write review 2 days after I finish a book
🧡 finish bookclub’s bookish bingo
🧡 read more bookclub picks

hope 2026 is an amazing year for everyone, of course there are other goals I would like to achieve this year but these are the bookish ones!

share some of yours in the comments!

bookmas - day 15 🤍❄

for day 15 of bookmas, I’m bringing you a little vlog of my day with some christmas vibes while I try for the first time this year the christmas drinks from Starbucks!

it was a busy day that ended with celebrating one of my oldest friends, @justmereads , since it was her birthday!

I didn’t have any time to read this day, but some days are just like that! 🤍

how was your day today?

book palette book trend 🩵

I’ve been loving seeing this trend everywhere so I decided to do it as well!

These are some of the books that paint my walls and that I’ve liked reading! They are all filled with emotion and everything that I makes me like to lose myself in them.

It looks like my personal moodboard!

Here is the list written so you can better see it:
* Magnolia Parks
* The Mindf*** Series
* The Hawthorne Legacy
* The Women
* Bride
* The Husbands
* Indigo Ridge
* Binding 13
* Daisy Jones & The Six
* Play Along
* Mile High
* People We Meet on Vacation
* Keeping 13
* A Court of Wings and Ruin
* The Wicked King
* The Seven Year Slip
* Caught Up
* Happy Place
* A Court of Mist and Fury
* Fourth Wing
* Love, Theoretically
* Garnet Flats
* The Seven Husbands of Evelyn Hugo
* Twisted Lies

Not sure who started it but whoever it was thank you! by @tastesbycat

bookmas - day 14 🤍❄

for day 14 of bookmas, I’m bringing you a mini reading vlog from a raining day back in the day!

reading with raining sounds is just the best!

In the meantime I have finished this book and it was not one of my favorites! I was expecting a little more from it

do you prefer reading in the sun or rain?

bookmas - day 13 🤍❄

for day 13 of bookmas, I’m bringing you a vlog of a little trend I did with @catzzck where we randomly choose what book we were going to buy, at least it’s characteristics, where we were going to buy it and to whom!

The winners were:
- Portuguese
- Fnac
- Fantasy
- Same book
- We choose ours

We ended up choosing “Book of Night” by Holly Black!

It was a really fun night 🤗🤗

would you enjoy doing this with a friend?

for day 12 of bookmas, I’m bringing you a post inspired by the one made by Time to M&R (TikTok) where I show you the books I have on my bookshelves that match the christmas colours!

I’ve not read the most of them but I hope I like them!

do you have a lot of christmas colours on your bookshelves?

bookmas - day 11 🤍❄

for day 11 of bookmas, I’m bringing you a little vlog of a movie night with a friend watching the first and second Harry Potter movie! I always like to do a rewatch this time of the year, and sometimes I do it with a friend (since my husband doesn’t like them 😞 ).

they are my comfort movies, but I’m also feeling like rewatching the Twlight movies as well so maybe we will have a vlog of that in the near future 🤭

what is the movie you always have to watch this season?
