Another great meal at Nate’s on Marsh. I don’t think we’ll ever be able to come here without ordering the lasagna.

Made a little pocket sando for our picnic at the park.

Pan de cristal, kewpie mayo, dill champagne dijon, an assortment of cured meats, and the incredible manchego I picked up at La Basqueria last week. by @tastesgerde

Tonight’s Paradise Pantry-inspired dinner.
If you know, you ono (melt). Served with the same spicy bread and butter pickles, a salad of torn farm lettuce and radicchio dressed with a pomegranate basil vinaigrette and topped with tomatoes and basil from the balcony garden. by @tastesgerde

Golden Bags
Minced chicken, peas, carrots, and corn, fried in a wonton wrapper, served with sweet chili sauce.

Kha - Nom-Jeep
House-made steamed pork and shrimp dumplings, served with ginger sauce

Bao Bun
Crispy Chicken & Beef • Two buns with hoisin sauce, mayo, sour mustard, radish, cucumber, red onions, and greens, house-made taro chips.

Khao Moo Dang
Street-style Chinese BBQ pork with a sweet sesame glaze. Served with white rice, hard-boiled egg, and cucumber slices.

I’m always looking for something to fill the cumin-beef sized hole in my heart left by the shuttering of Szechuan Place in Agoura and I had a feeling the wild chili beef from Dong Ting Spring would do the trick.

On the whole, although delicious, the food I ordered wasn’t as spicy as I would have liked. But on the bright side, it means that I could safely order this food with THE MEG. by @tastesgerde
