#thejoyofexploretheterre🌎 From cocoon to thread.

Boiling water, a small cocoon, and then a single filament slowly pulled and spun into silk. It looks simple, but it takes skill and patience.

Watching it happen step by step makes you see silk differently.

Siempre. ✨🎪💫

#thejoyofexploretheterre🌎 The 3 Experiments of Volcán El Diablo, Lanzarote 🌋

Timanfaya National Park is one of the most geothermally active places on Earth, and rangers demonstrate its intense heat with three incredible experiments:

1️⃣ The Burning Earth 🔥🖐️
A shovel is used to scoop up volcanic earth, which you can hold in your hand—but only for a moment! The heat rising from the ground makes it almost unbearable to touch.

2️⃣ The Burning Bushes 🌿🔥
Dry branches are thrown into a small hole, and in seconds, they burst into flames from the intense underground heat!

3️⃣ The Steam Geyser 💨🌡️
Water is poured into a pipe leading underground, where temperatures exceed 300°C (570°F)—creating a powerful geyser of steam that shoots high into the air!

Lanzarote’s volcanic energy is still alive and kicking! Would you dare to test it yourself? 🌋✨ #VolcánElDiablo #Timanfaya #Nature’sPower #spain #visitlanzarote by @tastethepassage

#thejoyofexploretheterre🌎 Walking through Ephesus feels like stepping into another time.

Marble streets, towering columns, grand libraries, and the remains of a city that was once one of the most important in the ancient world. Every stone has been shaped by centuries of history, yet the scale of the architecture is still impressive today.

It’s easy to imagine what daily life must have looked like here nearly two thousand years ago.

#thejoyofexploretheterre🌎 A little taste of Brazil in the middle of Prague.

Grilled meats served the traditional Brazilian way, fresh sides, and the kind of meal that’s meant to be shared and enjoyed without rushing.

A nice change from the usual Czech classics.

#thejoyofexploretheterre🌎 There’s a reason pizza and pasta are taken so seriously in Rome.

Simple ingredients, recipes perfected over generations, and the confidence to let the food speak for itself. No need to overcomplicate it.

Some of the best meals are also the simplest.

#thejoyofexploretheterre🌎 Some places aren’t meant to be rushed.

@cafegaleriezelenydum is one of them. A space where art, coffee, and quiet come together naturally. You can spend hours there without feeling the need to do anything except look around, slow down, and enjoy the atmosphere.

The kind of place that stays with you long after you leave.

#thejoyofexploretheterre🌎 The Vatican may be the smallest country in the world, but it holds an extraordinary concentration of history, art, and architecture.

From St. Peter’s Basilica to the Vatican Museums and the Sistine Chapel, every space reflects centuries of craftsmanship, faith, and human creativity.

It’s one of those places where every visit reveals something you missed the first time.

#thejoyofexploretheterre🌎 Prague has a way of making ordinary walks feel memorable.

You turn a corner and find a quiet courtyard, a centuries-old doorway, a piece of modern art, or a street that looks completely different depending on the light. The city isn’t just about its landmarks—it’s about everything in between.

There’s always another detail waiting to be noticed.

#thejoyofexploretheterre🌎 Hidden among the forests of South Bohemia, there’s a place that feels like it belongs in another story.

A wooden house among the trees, surrounded by silence, moss, and endless nature. The kind of place where you almost expect to find a hidden path, a fairy door, or a little forest creature watching from somewhere nearby.

Far from the noise, it feels less like a stay and more like stepping into a different world.
