Air Fryer Diaries | Ep:14 🌼 I stopped making these the traditional way after trying this hack…

Ingredients

* 500 g chicken mince (keema)
* 1 medium onion, ½ medium capsicum, and 3–4 garlic cloves, finely chopped together and squeezed well to remove excess water
* 2 green chilies, finely chopped
* 1–2 tbsp fresh coriander, finely chopped
* 1 tbsp oil

Spices

* 1 tbsp red chili flakes
* 1 tbsp salt (or to taste)
* 1 tsp cumin powder
* 1 tbsp lightly crushed coriander seeds (sabut dhania) or slightly more
* ½ tsp black pepper
* 1 tsp garam masala

Method

1. In a bowl, add the chicken mince, the squeezed onion-capsicum-garlic mixture, green chilies, fresh coriander, oil, and all the spices.
2. Mix everything well until evenly combined.
3. Line your air fryer basket with parchment paper and spread the mixture evenly.
4. Using a spatula, make large cuts across the mixture to create kebab portions. With the same spatula, gently make light ridges on top so the kebabs resemble classic seekh kebabs.
5. Air fry at 180°C for 12–15 minutes. Once half the cooking time has passed, carefully flip the kebab portions so they cook evenly and develop a beautiful golden colour on both sides.
6. Serve hot with mint chutney, onion rings, naan, or rice.

Juicy, flavour-packed seekh kebab vibes—just spread, score, air fry, and enjoy! 🍢✨
