Before you sign with any agency, look for these green flags:

- They never charge you to join
- Every job is confirmed in writing
- You meet in public and get time to review the agreement
- Safety check-ins at events
- Clear pay statements

That's how we run Tat Brat. Be picky. You should be.

Quick intro, since we're new here.

Tat Brat is an agency for tattooed ladies. We book events, tattoo-industry work and at-home UGC, and we want talent who's proud of her art.

Some of you will own a room as a host. Some of you are naturals on camera. Some of you are both. We want range.

You don't need followers or experience.
We will never charge you to join.

The questions everyone asks (and should ask).

No experience needed.
No following needed.
It never costs you anything to join. We earn a commission only when you get paid.
Every job is confirmed in writing, with safety check-ins at events.
You get paid through Tat Brat, with a statement for every job.

After you apply: we reply, we do a 15-minute video call, we meet in public to walk through the agreement (take your time reviewing it), then you sign and we book you into the group shoot.
