Saved my friend @life0fguy over $5,000 a year just on his homeowners insurance!

He thought his mortgage payment just went up a little. It was actually his homeowners insurance climbing inside his escrow.

Shopped it, moved him to @autoownersinsurance , and cut his premium in half. 💰

$10,125 → $4,974. Same house.

We saved him a few more thousand on his auto and umbrella policy as well.

40,000 feet up and still getting things done ✈️💻

One of the things I’ve come to really appreciate about what I do is the flexibility that comes with it.

Insurance doesn’t always happen between 9 and 5, and neither does life. Sometimes I’m at my desk, sometimes I’m meeting with a client, sometimes I’m on the road—and sometimes I’m working from 40,000 feet.

No matter where I am, I’m still able to answer questions, review policies, work on quotes, and help my clients navigate their insurance needs.

That’s one of the things I love most about being an independent insurance broker. I get to build relationships with people and be a resource for them wherever I may be.

Whether it’s:

I’m always happy to be a resource when you need one.

This is one of the reasons I love working in Cabo… 🌴👇

Between the beautiful communities, incredible views, and amazing people, it’s not hard to see why so many people choose to own property here.

Over the past week, I’ve had the opportunity to spend time with clients, explore some incredible neighborhoods, and even stop by with pastries to say thank you for trusting me with their insurance 🥐🤝

One thing I’ve learned is that many condo owners are surprised to find out that getting insurance in Cabo can be a straightforward process. With me as your broker, condo policies can be written in U.S. dollars, they’re easy to put in place, and they’re often more affordable than people expect.

Welcome to The Lodges at Forest Lakes 🌲🏡, I’ve experienced the insurance process from both sides—not just as a broker, but as a property owner.

When it came time for renewal, we were presented with an option that would have significantly increased our premium while providing less coverage than we previously had.
