Creating a life I love waking up to
POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED
My mission is simple….

My mission is to help women become stronger in their bodies, find peace within themselves, know their value and stop shrinking into versions of themselves they were never meant to stay in.

Women who are grounded, confident and true to who they are — women who walk boldly in their truth, trust what God placed inside them and rise into the life they know they are capable of creating

4 things to know about me if you’re new here 🤍

1. I’m a wife, a mom, and a woman who is always growing.

Personal growth is a big part of my life, and the Bible has become one of my greatest guides for healing, wisdom, identity, and becoming.

2. I love seeing women rise.

I naturally see strength in women before they fully see it in themselves. I love encouraging women, calling out their gifts, and helping them stop shrinking into versions of themselves they were never meant to stay in.

3. Movement has always been part of my life.

Movement has always been my way of releasing stress, reconnecting with my body, and coming back home to myself. It’s never been just about working out for me — it’s emotional, mental, and spiritual too.

4. Success looks different for me…

Success is being an available mom for my kids, present for the people I love, and still making space for the things that light me up.

It looks like building a life where I can show up for what matters most — my family, my faith, my health, my purpose and the women I feel called to encourage.

More than anything, I love seeing women rise into their full potential —showing up confidently, authentically and fully as the woman God created them to be

That’s what I’m here for. Let’s rise together. 🤍🤍 by @tatevhakoyan

Tatev thoughts 🗯️

One thing I’ve been thinking about lately is how much I actually love getting older.

There’s something so beautiful about your mid-30s.

Not because life gets easier or everything suddenly makes sense… but because we become more steady within ourselves.

We start seeing things differently. We know ourselves better. We don’t react to everything the same way. We become more honest about what works, what doesn’t, what we want, what we’ve outgrown, and what we’re no longer willing to carry.

And I think hard seasons have a lot to do with that.

If something breaks us but opens our eyes, I don’t think it was a complete loss.

Sometimes those seasons expose what we were ignoring, what we were tolerating, what wasn’t working, or where we stopped listening….

Not every hard season needs a beautiful explanation.

Sometimes it was just hard.

But if we come out of it more aware, more grounded, clearer about who we are, what we value, and how we want to live… there is still something powerful in that.

Sometimes the win isn’t what happened.

Sometimes the win is who we became because we finally saw things clearly.

We know better.
We choose differently.
We move forward more honestly.

Maybe that’s one of the most beautiful parts of getting older. 🤍

That’s what “rise up” means to me.

Can you relate? by @tatevhakoyan

Trust the process.

Not because every day will feel motivating.
Not because change happens overnight.
But because every time you show up, you’re becoming a woman who keeps her word to herself.

The strength you want is being built.
The confidence you want is being built.
The consistency you thought you didn’t have is being built.

Some seasons won’t look dramatic from the outside.

Keep going anyway.

One workout.
One better choice.
One promise kept.
One day at a time.

You don’t need to rush your becoming. 🤍

Trust what you’re building. by @tatevhakoyan

RUW Strength & Hairapy 💪✨

Strong body. Healthy hair. Clearer mind. Good conversation. Women taking care of themselves together. 🤍

This is what Rise Up Wellness is about.

We come here to get stronger, but wellness doesn’t end when the workout does. It’s how we care for our bodies, support our minds, what we put in and on them, the conversations we have, and the women we surround ourselves with.

Movement + self-care + connection.

Because sometimes feeling better starts with moving your body, slowing down, learning something new and being around women who leave you feeling lighter.

This is RUW. 🤍 by @tatevhakoyan

Sunday full reset with my besties + church takeaways 🤍

Sunday’s sermon was really about the power of our words and the power of prayer.

Wash your words… yes, wash your words.

Be careful what you keep speaking over your life.

Instead of you keep saying I am stressed…
“this is such a stressful week,”
say,
“this is a stretching week.”

Because stretching builds strength. 🙌
Stretching builds capacity. 💯
Maybe God is preparing you for something new.

Don’t say “stressed” — say,
“I’m being stretched.”

Don’t say “anxious” — say,
“I’m choosing peace.”

Don’t say “overwhelmed” — say,
“I’m expanding my capacity.”

Don’t say “tests” — say,
“opportunities.” Instead of “God is testing me,” tell yourself… I’m learning to ask, “What opportunity is God giving me to grow through this?”

Don’t say “problems” — say,
“possibilities.”

Don’t say “pressure” — say,
“preparation.”

Prayer should be our first response not out last resort….

Before overthinking.
Before worrying.
Before trying to control everything.

Pray.

Stress about nothing. Pray about everything.

Ask God for an exchange.

Take my stress.
Take my anxiety.
Take my worry.
Take my fear of the unknown.

And give me peace.
Give me wisdom.
Show me the next step.

Change your words.
Change your life.
Speak life. 🤍

What if we changed things up this week and were SUPER intentional about our words?

What’s one word you want to stop speaking over your life this week — and what are you replacing it with? 🤍 by @tatevhakoyan

Real power isn’t about doing the most.

It’s building a body you trust.
Showing up for yourself even when life is full.
Getting stronger without running yourself into the ground.
And becoming the woman who keeps the promises she makes to herself.

At Rise Up Wellness, we don’t train women just to look strong.

We train you to feel strong.
Capable.
Grounded.
Confident.
Powerful in your own body.

Because strength changes more than your physique.

It changes the way you carry yourself through your life.

Sunday Church Takeaways 🤍

Maturity isn’t measured by how many Bible studies you’ve attended or how much Scripture you’ve read. maturity is revealed by your mouth and actions…

Wisdom knows when to speak up…
and wisdom also knows when to stay silent.

Not everything that enters my mind needs to come out of my mouth.

Words move things.
Words build.
Words destroy.
Words heal.
Words can leave wounds that take years to undo.

So great reminders this morning… something I personally am conscious about and ask myself often

Is what I’m about to say going to build or destroy?
Is it coming from faith or fear?
Am I speaking judgment?
Am I disguising gossip as “concern”?
Am I disguising disrespect as sarcasm?

Now Back to us ❤️There is power in our words…. 🔥🔥

Don’t let one painful season become the prophecy over your future…
Don’t experience one negative moment and build the rest of your life around it.

Even in pain, speak life over your future.
Even in impossible situations, remember God’s promises.

Watch your language.
Watch what you continually speak over yourself, your family, your business and your future.

Your words reveal what has mastered your heart.

Speak life.
Build, don’t destroy.
Heal, don’t wound.
Break chains. ⛓️‍💥🤍

There is power in what you choose to speak. by @tatevhakoyan

Nothing is more attractive to me than calm confidence—a woman who knows who she is and carries herself with peace. That kind of energy is timelessly sexy.

Therapy. That’s it. 🤍

There is something about moving your body that brings you back to yourself.

Getting out of your head.
Breathing deeper.
Feeling your body work.
Building strength.
Releasing the stress you’ve been carrying.

For me, movement has never only been about how I look. It’s about how I feel when I leave — clearer, calmer, stronger, more grounded. Do you get me ?

If you’ve been craving that feeling too, come join us at Rise Up Wellness. 🤍 Link in bio - DM for first time special 🤩 by @tatevhakoyan

Something I come to often… as a reminder…
A healthy body alone means nothing if my spirit is completely depleted. A strong body and a nourished spirit—that’s true wellness. 🤍 Sometimes we need to sit down and reassess more than our habits, our goals or our bodies.

We need to reassess who we are becoming.

Am I living in alignment with my values?

Am I nourishing myself in a way that gives me energy?

Am I present in my life, or constantly rushing through it?

Did I love people well?

Did I respect people where they are?

Did I ever make someone feel smaller so I could feel bigger? Am I letting my ego to lead me?

Am I becoming softer, wiser, more compassionate… or simply more impressive?

Because we can have the healthiest body, the best routine, beautiful things and a life that looks so put together from the outside…

and still have parts of our spirit that need attention.

To me, real wellness is also humility.
Compassion.
Self-awareness.
Grace.
Knowing when to slow down.
Knowing when to let go.
Knowing when ego is getting in the way.
And choosing love anyway.

At the end of the day, I don’t only want to ask…

“Did I take care of myself?”

I also want to ask…

“How did people feel in my presence?”

Sunday thoughts. 🤍
Have a blessed day. by @tatevhakoyan
