Meet Mia.

Her name stands for Mindful Intelligence for Alignment. And in Spanish, mia means mine. That was intentional. I built her to be fully, completely mine.

When we created her I had complete autonomy over everything. What she includes. What she does not touch. Even her voice. I chose my own voice for her, which was not a small decision. Hearing yourself played back is uncomfortable for most people, myself included. But I am on a journey of self love and of honoring my inner child while also stepping into everything I am capable of becoming. Using my own voice was part of that.

She is not the same as the guided presence experience on our website. We built her differently, with different guardrails, because my needs as an entrepreneur are different. Brain dumps. Content calendar support. A space to think out loud and gain clarity. Steady, bounded, and built around how I actually work.

This is the first in a series I am calling Interactions with Mia. More coming soon.

The guided presence experience available to everyone on our website. Link in bio.

Yesterday Entreprenista published a feature on me and AO1 Heals and I am genuinely grateful.

These words are mine but seeing them reflected back by a community I respect deeply hit differently.

Read the full feature at the link in bio. And if you have been thinking about joining the Entreprenista League, that link is there too.

I told MIA it’s the first of the month and asked how to approach November.

Before handing me a framework, it asked me a question: what’s pulling at you most right now? That’s the part I keep thinking about. Knowing what you want from the month comes before the plan.

MIA is one of our four companions, in an invitation-only Founding Beta. AO1 gives you educational guidance for the moments when you’re not sure what’s happening or what to do next, so you can understand it and handle it with more confidence. It works alongside the support you already have.

Before you ask “Now what?” Know what.

What’s pulling at you most as you look at November? Tell me below. The assessment is linked in bio.

Most days our walks happen on the mountain or at the park by our house. Today we joined a walk to support a cause we believe in, and it will always beat starting the day any other way.

Grateful to everyone who showed up this morning, and to the families who carry this every day.

What’s a cause you’d get up early to walk for? Tell me below.

I’m practicing a boundary this week, and it’s not going perfectly.

The hard part isn’t knowing what to say. It’s stopping after you say it. The follow-up message, the extra reason, the explanation nobody asked for.

Short and done is a skill, and I’m building it one try at a time. Voice Kits are short audio, with a PDF guide of prompts to practice, made for moments like this. AO1 gives you educational guidance for the moments when you’re not sure what’s happening or what to do next, and it works alongside the support you already have. The assessment, linked in bio, points you to where to start.

What’s something you’re practicing right now? Tell me below, and save this for the next time you want to send the follow-up text.

On the days I’m hardest on myself, frustrated that I’m not where I want to be yet, I think about little Tati. I picture what she’d say if she could see me now, and it changes how I talk to myself.

Being kind to me today is being kind to her.

There’s a line in this conversation I’m still learning to believe: “No, you’re better.”

It’s also why the MIA made just for me speaks in my voice. I found my own voice hard to listen to, so I chose it on purpose. To give the best of myself to anyone else, I have to love me first, fully.

What would your younger self say if she saw you today? Tell me below.

The goal is to not need the tool.

A clip from Episode 38 of The Raw Onion Podcast with @lotusflowerjourneys and Yoshie Barnett. We talked about what happens when a mirror learns to talk back, and where an AI companion belongs and where it has to stop.

Understanding expands what people can handle, so their capacity grows too. That’s the idea behind AO1: educational guidance for the moments when you’re not sure what’s happening or what to do next. It works alongside the support you already have.

What’s something you used to need help with that you can handle on your own now?

Nobody in my family has built a tech company, so I’m learning how to network as I go. This week it’s LA Tech Week: walking into rooms, introducing myself, and asking for what I need out loud.

We’re building AO1 to give people educational guidance for the moments when they’re not sure what’s happening or what to do next.

What’s the room you’re walking into this week? Tell me below.

✨ I’m officially a speaker at Latina 2.0 Summit 2026! 🎤

I’m so excited to join this bilingual online experience October 22 to 24, bringing together Latinas who are ready to grow, connect, and take their next step. 🪷

I’ll be sharing my session, “AI for Latina Entrepreneurs,” on Thursday, October 22 as part of the ELEVATE experience. (On my slides it’s called “Because I Said So.” Yes, that line. Yes, from your mom.)

In my session, we’ll explore why so many of us wait for permission we don’t actually need, where that habit comes from, and how AI can help you notice it instead of just helping you get more done. You’ll walk away with one thing to try in the next 48 hours: catch the moment you’re waiting for someone’s okay, and ask yourself, whose voice is that?

I said yes to Latina 2.0 because my first instinct was to recommend someone else. Then I realized I have a story too. I can’t wait to learn alongside other Latinas, share our experiences, and remind each other that we don’t have to build our dreams alone. 💕

A little about my work: I’m the Co-Founder and President of @ao1heals , where we provide educational guidance for everyday life.

💻 100% online | Bilingual experience

🎟️ Want to join me? Register through the link in my bio!

💕 As a Summit speaker and affiliate, I earn a commission when you purchase a pass through my link. You’ll also get $5 off a Summit or Insider Pass, automatically! No coupon code needed.

People ask if I’m a therapist. I’m not. They ask if I have a tech background. I don’t have that either.

What I have is resourcefulness, a lot of life experience, and a tool I needed that didn’t exist. So I’m building it anyway.

AO1 is educational guidance for everyday life, for the moments when you know what you should do and can’t get to it. Take the assessment to see what fits you best. Link in bio.

Happy birthday, Son 🤎 I love you. by @tatichaz

Why we built AO1 Heals.

Most of us were never taught how to understand what we’re feeling, and the system we’re handed isn’t perfect. So a lot of us piece it together on our own.

AO1 is built around two questions: what am I experiencing, and what do I do now. Voice Kits and our four companions are two ways to work through them, alongside your own support.

Take the quick quiz. Link in bio.
