Brazil is playing, so naturally I had to make something Brazilian. 🇧🇷⚽🍋This Brazilian Lemonade is one of my favorite summer drinks. Despite the name, it’s actually made with limes and comes out creamy, tangy, sweet, and incredibly refreshing. Perfect for game day, summer gatherings, BBQs, or anytime you need a cold drink to beat the heat.Trust me, just make it.What you’ll need:▪️ 3 limes, washed and quartered▪️ ¾ cup sweetened condensed milk▪️ 3 cups water▪️ 2 cups iceAdd the quartered limes and water to a blender. Blend for just 10–15 seconds — no more, to avoid bitterness from the rind.Pour the mixture through a fine mesh strainer to remove the pulp and pits. Discard the solids and rinse the blender.Return the strained liquid to the clean blender. Add the condensed milk and ice, then blend until smooth and frothy.Pour over ice and enjoy right away. THIS is the only kind of mango drink that I want 🥭✨sweet mango, tangy lime, chamoy, tajín… that perfect spicy kick in every sipOnce you make a real mangonada at home, there’s no going back 💛 you can drink it like this as a cocktail or just skip the tequila to turn it into a mocktailServes 2What you’ll need▪️ 2 cups frozen mango▪️ 1 oz lime juice, about 2 limes juiced▪️ 1 ½ cups ice▪️ 2 oz tequila▪️ ⅔ cup mango juice or water▪️ 1 tablespoon agave syrup▪️ 2 tablespoons chamoy▪️ 2 tablespoons tajinRim the cups with lime juice and dip in tajin. Swirl chamoy along the sides and bottom of each glass to get that signature look and flavor.Add the frozen mango, ice, lime juice, tequila, water, and agave to a blender. Blend until smooth and thick, like a slushy.Pour the mangonada halfway into each glass, add a drizzle of chamoy in the center, then finish pouring. Location below 🌊 I don’t know what it is about beach clubs in Turkey, but once you’re there… you kind of lose track of time!We got to Villa Azur in the morning and ended up staying until after dinner. Beach, drinks, the DJ, sunset in the water, dancing… If you’re planning a trip to Turkey, I’d definitely add a full beach club day to your itinerary. 48 hours in Lindos and here are my recommendations 🤍🇬🇷✨ Stay just outside the old town walls if you’re arriving with luggage. You’ll still be within walking distance of everything, but getting in and out is much easier.🧳 If you’re staying inside the old town, book a porter. Trust me.🏛️ Visit the Acropolis early in the morning or before sunset to avoid the heat.🍽️ Have dinner at one of the rooftop restaurants overlooking the Acropolis.🌊 Spend a few hours at St. Paul’s Bay. It’s one of the prettiest beaches in Rhodes.🤍 Wander through the whitewashed streets and let yourself get a little lost.👟 Wear comfortable shoes. The cobblestone streets can be slippery.☕ Grab a freddo espresso and take a break during the hottest part of the day.🌙 If you can, stay at least one night.
