NOVEMBER SCHEDULE 💗 This month I want to put a little more focus on closed groups. I really like this format because we train with the same girls every week and continue exactly where we stopped. That gives us more time for technique, details, transitions, body coordination and individual feedback instead of starting from zero every class. The groups will also be more limited in size, so I can give you more individual attention. We’ll work on one choreography throughout the month, refine it step by step and finish with a solo video for each of you 🎥 ✨ TUESDAY - Closed Absolute Beginner Group For complete beginners and girls who have only recently started We’ll focus on: • walks & basic heels movements • balance & weight transfers • hip movement & isolations • body coordination • simple transitions • confidence moving in heels ✨ THURSDAY - Closed Beginner+ Group For girls who already know the basics and want more time to work on technique and details We’ll focus more on: • turns & pirouettes • balance & hair work • arm & body coordination • isolations & transitions • musicality, control and cleaner movement Both Tuesday and Thursday are 4-week closed programs with the same group every week. 💗 Price: €100 per program Early bird till 27.10: €95 Regular bundles don’t apply active bundles can be paused/extended during the program 🌸 SUNDAY - Open Beginner Classes Tuesday and Thursday are closed programs, but Sunday stays open You can join the Sunday classes at any point during the month. Each class is booked separately and the choreography starts from the beginning every time, so there’s no full-month commitment. This is the more flexible option if you want to try High Heels first or if your schedule changes from week to week. Single class — €20 November Sunday Pass — €85 5 Open Beginner Classes Valid for all Sundays in November only 4 classes — €75 Valid 6 weeks of active teaching 6 classes — €105 Valid 10 weeks of active teaching You can use your classes flexibly within the validity period - they don’t have to be taken consecutively. 📩 Booking is required in advance. DM me to book your spot 💗 by @tatmima.heels
Girls, a little recap from our last Absolute Beginners Intensive 🤍 We really took our time with the basics: how the movements work, what to pay attention to, all those little things that are easy to miss when you’re new to heels. We practiced a lot, talked through everything and basically built the foundation you need before jumping into regular beginner classes. So if you’ve been wanting to finally undestand the basic heels movements instead of just trying to copy them, come join me for the next one 💗 31.10 | 15:00–16:45 All details are in my profile🤍 Sign up via DM 💌 by @tatmima.heels

I’m incredibly proud of Ivana and everything she’s achieved this year. She’s been consistent, she’s worked hard and you can really see it in the way she dances now🤍 Everyone learns at their own pace. For me, the most important thing is that you have a good foundation from the beginning and actually understand what you’re doing instead of just trying to follow the choreography. That’s also why I decided to make a separate Absolute Beginners Intensive. It’s for those who want to start High Heels want to spend more time on the basics. • Maybe you’ve never danced before • Maybe you feel stiff or awkward when you move • You‘ve already tried a regular choreography class and felt like everything was happening way too fast During the intensive we’ll work on: • walking in heels • balance and body control • basic heels movements • isolations, waves and hip movement At the end we’ll put everything together in a simple choreography I’ll explain everything step by step and we’ll have enough time to actually work on each movement. I’ve been dancing for 18 years and more than 100 women have already joined my classes. And believe me, I’ve heard “I’m too stiff”, “I have no coordination” and “I don’t think I can do this” many, many times :) 📍 Sound Cube, Vienna — U3 Gasometer 📅 31 October 🕑 15:00–16:45 €29 I’m keeping the group small - only 10 spots Want to join? Send me a DM 🤍 by @tatmima.heels
SEX APPEAL 🌹 Choreo by me @tatmima.heels Video: @b_spurs_photo by @tatmima.heels
The last few months have been quite intense. I’ve been putting a lot into my work as a choreographer, into myself as a dancer and into the growth of my students. There was always something next, so I barely had time to stop and take in what had already been happening. This video gave me a rare chance to actually look at it. And I love how @dynamic.angles caught the part of my classes that matters to me most: the warmth in the room, the support between the girls, the growing freedom to try and to discover new sides of themselves through movement. What I notice over time is how differently the girls start to carry themselves. They take more space, trust their bodies more, stop overthinking every movement so much. And I love seeing that happen, because I know exactly how much dance can shift something inside you. Dance has changed my own life in so many ways, and now one of the most beautiful parts of teaching is seeing how it starts changing things for my students too. I really believe it’s almost impossible to let dance into your life and remain completely untouched by it. There will be more classes in October and November, and I’m so looking forward to having more evenings like this in the studio. If you’ve been thinking about joining, I’d love to see you there 🤍 Video captured by @dynamic.angles Thank you so much 😍🤍 by @tatmima.heels
