I’m incredibly excited to finally share this FULLY HEALED backpiece I made for the ever so lovely and tough @chrissyinks!! This entire piece was shaded with dotwork- a great example of how my dotwork heals. More photos and videos of this one to come soon 🖤

🎂 Yesterday was my birthday- and do I ever have a story for you!
•Earlier this year I was minding my own business and doom scrolling through IG, when lo and behold, I see a picture of my own damn face appear. Not just any picture either- a picture of me crying on my 10th birthday. Which objectively I’ve always found amusing, but was alarming none the less, since I’d only ever posted it on my private FB account.
•The mystery of how I became a meme will probably always be a mystery. What I originally took to be a fluke was quickly abandoned when a reverse image search showed it had been shared MILLIONS of times!
•Honestly there’s nothing to be done about it except laugh- there’s wayyy worse things I could go viral for, and it’s made a lot of people happy! ☺️ I’m completely blown away by how much this Unhappy Birthday Girl has resonated with total strangers, inspiring memes, quotes, and even a ton of art! If you’re ever looking for an internet rabbit hole to go down, give it a Google 😋
•Anyhow, since it’s my birthday again, it seemed like the perfect time to recreate it- and can I add that the very same table from the OG photo is now in my apartment??
•Extra big shoutout to my Mama for recreating the cake for me and digging the little unicorns out of storage! 🦄

Fresh vs Healed >>>
Tattoos that look good healed as well as fresh. I love seeing a “lived in” tattoo. Much love to my clients for taking such good care of their tattoos 💛
