SCOBY.

I have been interested in kombucha leather for a while now and had been wanting to try creating my own. I started gathering information, watching videos of companies and labs that work with bio materials, DIY kombucha making tutorials and reading up on what the benefits are from producing SCOBY.

When summer neared I bought the necessary supplies to start a small scale test of a SCOBY, upgrading my supplies gradually and when needed. Throughout the whole summer and up to this point I have been growing multiple sheets of SCOBY in my own room.

I have no reason for doing this except for searching for a better alternative for leather. I also have no clear goal in mind for this project at the moment, but I still wanted to share my small progress and experiments :) by @taurupo
