Gaining a greater self-awareness has empowered me to aquire many necessary skills for boundary setting. When I know myself better the boundaries I need are easier to identify. The Self-confidence that comes with Self-awareness allows me to communicate my limits effectively with others in a kind, clear, and loving way. Self-awareness also empowers me to overcome personal barriers to setting limits, including guilt and anxiety. I’m not perfect but I’m learning everyday step by step……I love the person I am becoming and always strived to be it’s definitely a journey with a lot of bumps along the way I am committed and focused to function at my full potential hard work dedication and a new mindset! Prayer🙏 and making my “Health” my top priority taking care of my “Temple” being an example to my daughters I want to live a long healthy life to be around for my grandchildren and even
great-grandchildren….always staying grateful and blessed for my life and every new day I wake up to ✨
