One year ago, my dad passed away. Today would’ve been his birthday. His life was abruptly taken by cancer out of the blue on 7/23/24. I had never imagined loosing the man who shaped my understanding of what it truly means to live.

I have begun to notice all the pieces of his life which he has since passed down to me, clearer than ever. He lived with purpose, with truth, and with heart. His vibrant soul rang with positivity, you couldn’t go near him without him cracking a joke, or telling you a story. Everyone who knew him loved him. He was keen on keeping a positive mindset, and inspired me to believe that I will succeed. Everyday, memories recounting the many ski trips, bike rides, and volleyball days he’d take us on linger in my mind. He lived his life to the fullest, I just wish he could’ve been given more time.

Thank you for building our beautiful, beloved family.

Please continue to look out for momma, Jossi, and I. Life is tough without you.
