First half marathon and I didn’t train for it. All glory to God because there is no way I should have averaged 8 mins 10 secs per mile. Hit a new PR, shed a couple tears during the run, realized how important encouragement and support is and beyond grateful for God allowing me to even have an able body to complete it.

Give this moment you’re in right now your all, time isn’t promised so stop pushing things off. All you have to do is start, you owe that much to yourself, everything else will fall into place.

Happy birthday to the guy that taught me firsthand how to be an older brother.

From the fights (the black eyes😭), to the tears, to the laughs, to the long waits outside of school because mommy was never on time 😂, to the vulnerable long talks, to everything in between. I am truly grateful to have a brother a wise, honest, smart and selfless as you.
