A lil post surgery update + making some bread from scratch👩🏽‍🍳💋

Okay this was only my 2nd time making it and this happened both times lol. Now I know that I need to wait an hour before cutting the bread and let it sit LOL I still ate it though to be honest it really wasn’t too bad hehe I give it a B-🤪 personally I think it would’ve been a 10 out of 10 had I waited (I’m just telling myself that to feel better💀)

Ingredients:
450° for 30 mins
2.5 cups of agua
2 teaspoons of yeast
3 cups of flour
2 teaspoons of salt

Just a girl enjoying her side quests💅🏽
•
but in all seriousness after getting my surgery, I’ve had no choice but to be still, be present and be grateful for my health. During this time off, recovering and healing, I’m gonna focus on the positives and the love I have around me. Time to re-build one day at a time <3 taken in San Diego, California by @taykwondo
