Sooo… this is me ! 🙈😙
OG followers might remember that this account started as my personal fitness page (Fittayyyyy 🤪). It was an accountability tool to support my prep for my first ever bodybuilding comp in 2023. Oh how far we’ve come since then 🥹

I started weight training in 2019… partly to support the high-level football & futsal I was playing, but also because I was really insecure about how I looked (ppl literally used to call me Flattay). 😵‍💫 I was under-eating, over-training and felt like sh*t! I simply had no idea what I was doing 🫠

Between then and now I’ve completely changed my relationship with food and gym. It has been challenging, but then again, I truly believe most things that are worth having rarely come easily 🤞🏼

I have learnt so much about the body, the mind, and what we can do to get the best out of ourselves 🧘🏼‍♀️🌀
My journey has not only led me to fall in love with training and nutrition, but has also sparked my greatest passion in life… being a coach! ❤️‍🔥 by @taylarisedtraining

The truth is out… and I couldn’t be happier 🙈🤍
Putting together testimonials from my clients has reminded me of exactly why I do what I do. I got a little teary-eyed realising I’ve had the privilege of making such a positive impact on some truly beautiful women’s lives. 🥹

My job is very rewarding, but I really couldn’t do it without you all!

Fitness coaching isn’t just about handing out programs or telling people what to do. It’s about understanding each person and meeting them where they’re at. In saying that, this doesn’t mean you won’t be challenged. It’s important to be uncomfortable sometimes especially when your goal is growth.

I learnt very early on in my coaching journey that fitness isn’t black or white, it is so very grey, maybe even rainbow lol. What I mean by this is as humans we’re really all so unique, it’s awesome, but it can make it difficult to know what is right for YOU! Navigating different goals, lifestyles, challenges, and motivations is exactly what keeps me inspired. 🌟

I would love to be the helping hand that you’ve been looking for, my dms are open and I’m always up for a chat 🤍 by @taylarisedtraining

35 weeks out is crazy but time is genuinely flying lately… the vlogs have begun 🙈 #ifbbbikini #bodybuilding #femalecoach #personaltrainer #trainingmotivation by @taylarisedtraining

How hard are you willing to work to achieve your goals?
Are you going to push past the discomfort and adversity to change? 🫵🏼⚖️

It is a fact that our brains are hardwired to keep us safe, and that also includes generally avoiding any type of pain, which is often what blocks your progress.

So when you’re struggling in a training session, I want you to ask yourself this question: is my body actually incapable of doing this, or is my brain just trying to get me to avoid discomfort? 🤔

My dad always used to tell me that my brain will try to make me give up before my body physically does. That changed something in the way I thought, and it empowered me to try harder and because of it, I’ve grown. 🌱 by @taylarisedtraining

May I present to you, Ruby 💖
I’ve been working with Rubyruuu for almost a year now, and throughout she’s been through different focus phases.
Our first goal was getting rid of her back pain, which was ticked off in one session with me where I fixed her technique ✅
After that, she asked for more help with her form, and structuring a training program to achieve her physique goals. (Pic 1)
So we did in-person sessions for about 3 months, then she flew off on her own with heaps more knowledge, still following my programming (because if a plan works, you keep doing it! ‼️)
After a short break, Ruby missed me too much (or did I miss her…). She has just completed her first ever build phase guided by my programming and a nutrition plan, which as you can see, was a huge freakin success. ✅🥹
We maintained Ruby’s stunning hourglass shape while quite literally doubling her glute size and overall muscle mass. This is body recomp! 🔥 (Pic 2)
From there, we’ve headed into a 8-10 week deficit phase, where we’re going to show off all of her hard work by getting a little bit shreddy ⏭️

So proud of you, lucky to call you my friend (and sometimes client) @r.ubyru 🩵 by @taylarisedtraining

It’s simple really… I just love this sport 🤩💖
I can’t believe it’ll have been 4 years since my first ever competition when I step on stage for the second time. I feel so grateful for the opportunity to compete. Prep is a privilege.

Meet my super cool, jacked & sexy client, Rubyruuu ✨🌸💪🏼
I’ve been working with Rubes for almost a year now (time flies when you’re getting strong), and she’s made some pretty insane progress.

When we first started, Ruby was training semi-regularly but was struggling with lower back pain during and after her leg days. The glute gains were playing hard to get because of this… and we wanted to change that pronto. 🍑

I got Ruby to show me exactly what she was doing, then I made some adjustments to her technique and training style. And abracadabra… 🧚🏼‍♀️ she hasn’t had that sore back since, and her glutes have DOUBLED 🫰🏼 in size. My magic spell worked! 🪄

From there, we started training together weekly, worked on her nutrition, and recently wrapped up a very successful 3-month growing phase. Now we’re working in a deficit to have her feeling confident as ever before she jets off on end of year holidays. ✈️🌴

There was never anything wrong with where Ruby was when we started. But there was SO much potential for her to grow, so grow we did. 🌻
You’re freakin awesome Ruby. 🥹💪🏼 by @taylarisedtraining

Gawd I just love an RDL 🤞🏼🤎

Seriously how and why is this so hard 🫠🤣
l’ve been training for almost 5 years and yet I still struggle with this... I thought my strength at the gym was supposed to transfer to real life scenarios 🙈

This is what sustainable fat loss looks like 💅🏼👏🏼
In her words ‘you completely understand that fitness isn’t one-size-fits-all.’ I loved hearing that. 💖

I will meet you exactly where you’re at, and create a plan that takes into account your lifestyle, commitments, and most importantly to me, your quality of life. 💛

This is such a great example of not letting your circumstances stop you from working towards your goals. It doesn’t have to be perfect, and you don’t have to put your life on hold. You just need to start! 🏃🏼‍♀️

Work hard, be patient, and enjoy the process of becoming who you never thought you’d be. 🫶🏼

I remember when I thought that my problem was a lack of discipline when it came to nutrition... I probably attempted every fad diet but always ‘failed’ within a day or two 🫠😅🙈

What I didn’t know then, was that my diet didn’t need to have a fancy name, and that I certainly didn’t need to randomly cut entire food groups out to reach my goals. 🍓🍔🍫🌮🍜

I am a pretty simple gal when it comes to meal prep, and I eat the same thing most days, but I love knowing that I can choose any food I want and make it work for whatever set of goals I have at the time.

This wouldn’t have happened if I didn’t invest in a coach and seek more education about nutrition. 👩‍🏫📚 #nutrition #gymgirls #diet #mealprep #balance by @taylarisedtraining
