It’s kind of an edge for us to fully give ourselves credit for the life-changing work we do, so that’s exactly why we’re doing it ;)

But honestly, we didn’t just arrive here.

The precision we bring to this work comes from world-class training from @owakenbreathwork, and collectively leading hundreds of individuals through deep therapeutic work including 5 sold-out immersions and guiding dozens of women virtually (with spaces already filling an entire year in advance for upcoming cohorts!)

And the truth is… we couldn’t do this work if y’all didn’t trust us.

So thank you for trusting us & yourselves enough to commit to being cycle breakers and raising your standards with us 🫶🏼🪽

Do you ever feel like you’re an observer of your own life. like you’re watching it on a tv show, but you’re not actually in it?

You have the job or business that you worked hard for, a partner, maybe even the house of your dreams.

But still you feel like you’re just sprinting through the day, one into another, and not really enjoying any of it?

I thought I was looking for business coaching, then Claire invited me to try a breathwork journey via my DM’s and I said… fck it we ball.

I did the journey, hopped on a disco call with them, and joined The Mothership the next day. I had no idea the tools I would learn would change how I operate in every fiber of my being.

Instead of looping & talking about my patterns, I let my body process them and let them go.
Instead of stressing about what generational trauma I would give my future babies, I looked at it, processed it, and felt confident about becoming a mother.
Instead of leading my business with anxiety, I lead my business with intuition and God.
Instead of putting my dreams on the backburner, I ask for what I want and need from the people around me.

Instead of living an “ok on paper” life, I live one that is filled with miracles.

What they do is so much more than “breath work” or “nervous system work” - they truly are giving you the tools to create the life you know you’re meant to live.
