POSTS STORIES REELS

I’ve been keeping these pics close to my heart because 3 weeks ago I had the actual best night of my life & that felt a little too precious to share just yet. But the marriage certificate came in the mail, so we are officially The Stones and I am officially going to start posting a ton of wedding pics! We are so so happy and feeling so much gratitude. Thank you to everyone who was a part of our special weekend.

there is so much beauty in having a vision for a wedding day, but even more in trusting the people you’ve chosen to bring it to life. 🤍

as a Minnesota wedding photographer, I love seeing all of the thought, intention, and little details that go into creating a day that feels like you. but what makes it all come together is having a team who understands the vision and cares just as much about bringing it to life.

the best wedding days happen when everyone gets to do what they do best, trusting each other along the way.

dream up the details, choose vendors whose work you absolutely love, communicate your vision, and then let them do their thing.

because when you have the right people around you, the end result can be even more beautiful than you imagined. 🫶🏼

A few favorites from Rachel + Ryan’s dream of a day 🌸🎞️🤍 by @taylerdumas

I used to think wedding photography was all about getting stunning photos of the bride and groom.

Then I’d look through my galleries and feel like something was missing.

You know what it was? The people.

The people who raised you. The people who were there for your first steps and every milestone after. The people who carried you through life until you met your person. The people who celebrate every win, cry through your vows, and squeeze you just a little tighter because they know exactly what this day means. The people who look up to you. The people who love you.

I became a better photographer when I stopped seeing your wedding day as just a love story between two people and started noticing everyone who helped write it.

Will we still create beautiful portraits of the two of you? Absolutely.

But years from now, some of the photos you’ll treasure most won’t just be of each other. They’ll be of the people who made you who you are.

Because your story has always been bigger than the two of you. ♥️ by @taylerdumas
