Depression shows its face in different ways. Some people walk around as if there's a cloud over their head while offers act as if everything is just fine. Even if someone is depressed, they can still smile. While a smile is a sign of happiness, it's still possible to smile through depression. It doesn't mean you're suddenly happy and the depression is gone, just that something was able to make you smile in that moment. Even Eeyore smiled, but he's known for being the embodiment of depression. Like I said, it's possible for depressed individuals to smile through depression. Always check in on your friends and loved ones... you don't know what they're going through. by @taylor.hammon.1
