one of the reasons I absolutely love what I do is because it has never once been about appearance. it has always been about the feeling.

being able to lead a room full of incredible people will never not feel magical. knowing that everyone walked in carrying something different, but that hopefully, I can help them all walk out feeling strong, is my favorite thing.

you don’t have to look a certain way to be strong. you don’t have to be a certain size or have a certain aesthetic to take up space in the room. you are strong, mentally and physically, and you are meant to take up space.

getting to watch people remind each other of that, lift each other up, and celebrate each other is something I’ll never take for granted.

often times, it is so much more than just a workout. it’s about hearing something that you needed to hear, or accomplishing something you never thought you could. it’s about getting stronger, and doing it together 🤍

felt this one deserved a permanent spot on the feed🥹

when we opened, we asked God to have his way with this place, and positively impact the people who stepped foot inside. there are so many reasons that i know He did just that, and a big one is you. i have never been so sure that God hand-picked a friend for me.

i have witnessed you grow in countless ways and show up for yourself, and our community more times than i can count, all while being the most selfless, loving individual. to know you is to love you my girl. i am beyond blessed to ride with you, to know you, and to love you.

congratulations on 500 rides Sarah girl! here’s to 500 more!🤍🥹✨ taken in drip. spin studio by @taylor.lavale

one year of @drip.spinstudio 🥹🫶🏼✨

words will truly never do it justice. anyone who has been here knows the title of “spin studio” doesn’t even come close to what this place represents. i have seen God move through this studio more times than I can count. i have witnessed so many friendships blossom, relationships with the Lord deepen, and beautiful memories be created. so many goals accomplished, tears shed, and prayers answered.

to our community, thank you for all that you do. thank you for the continuous support, the laughs, and the love that you have showed me and all of us. thank you for allowing me to be exactly who i am on the podium and for rallying around all of us through thick and thin. i love you all more than you will ever know!

to my girls, oh how i love you. Amanda, Tyler, Lex, Bell, and Kenn, thank you for being the most genuine, strong, and beautiful women that i have ever known. i thank God for allowing our paths to cross on this journey together. thank you for not only being my friends, but my sisters.

to kenn, the thank-yous could go on forever. thank you for deciding that i was worth taking a chance on. thank you for allowing me to be apart of this wonderful journey with you. i will never ever ever be able to thank you enough. i love you

happy 1st birthday to my favorite place! here’s to so many more 🥹🤍🎉

love,
