Brother…

A word us men throw around quite often. I never had any brothers by blood, but Kellen is one of the few I get the pleasure of calling my brother. You were my brother in every way that mattered, an anchor when I drifted, my loudest laugh in the quietest rooms, someone who knew me better than I knew myself most times. We shared triumphs, mistakes, and the kind of memories that can never be erased. I’m grateful for every late night talk, every stupid joke, and every moment you stood by me without question. The world feels emptier without you, but your courage, kindness, and stubborn loyalty will live on in me. I’ll honor you by living honestly, fiercely, and with the same love you gave so freely. Dear Kellen,
I wish you were here.
There are moments in life when you accomplish something so big, so meaningful, that the first person you want to share it with is someone who is no longer here to celebrate it with you. For me, that person will always be you.

I recently achieved something I once dreamed of, something that took sacrifice, dedication, faith, perseverance, and the strength to keep going even when life tested me in ways I never imagined. In just my 2nd year in the sales industry, I became one of the youngest first year team leads in the industry to ever generate over 2 million dollars in serviced revenue. a moment that I will cherish for the rest of my life. But as I stood in that moment, taking it all in, my heart reminded me that there was someone missing. Someone who should have been here to witness it. Someone I wish I could call, hug, laugh with, and tell, “We really made it.”

You.

This accomplishment was dedicated to you because, although you are no longer physically here, your place in my heart has never changed. You were a part of my childhood, a part of my story, and a part of the person I am today. The memories we created, the laughter we shared, and the bond we built will always be woven into my life. Time may move forward, but it can never erase the impact you made on me.

I wish I could see your face when you hear what I have accomplished. I wish I could hear your voice, feel your embrace, and celebrate this moment with the person who knew me before the awards, before the recognition, before the accomplishments, and before the world ever had a reason to applaud me. You knew me when we were just kids, dreaming about life without fully understanding how unpredictable it could be.

And if I could tell you one thing today, it would be this: I haven’t forgotten you, and I never will.

I’ll break this up into 2 posts…. 1/2- Dear Alexandria 1,
At the beginning of this season, not everyone believed in us. We had people quit on us. We had people doubt us. Some questioned our age, our experience, and whether we had what it takes to compete at the highest level.

As of end of the 2026 season.

WE FINISHED ONE OF THE TOP 25 TEAMS IN THE ENTIRE COMPANY NATIONWIDE.
(With the AVG. age of 20)

Let that sink in. Out of all the teams across this country, WE EARNED OUR SPOT. Not because the road was easy. Not because everyone believed in us. Not because we had everything figured out. But because when things got hard, we kept showing up. We kept learning. We kept fighting. And most importantly, we kept believing in what we were building together.

This season proved something that nobody can ever take away from us: You don’t have to be the oldest in the room, the most experienced in the room, or the most supported in the room to become one of the BEST. You just have to be willing to WORK, LEARN, GROW, and NEVER COUNT YOURSELF OUT.

To every single one of you, I hope you’re proud of yourselves. I hope you understand that this is bigger than sales numbers, rankings, or a spot on a leaderboard. This is about proving to yourselves what you’re capable of when you refuse to let other people’s opinions define your potential.

You deserve the world. You deserve opportunities. You deserve to be challenged, developed, invested in, and given every tool necessary to reach your full potential. And I promise you that I will continue pushing our progress forward, not just for the success of this team, but for the growth, development, and future of EVERY SINGLE PERSON standing beside me.

My job isn’t just to lead you to a number. My job is to help you become the kind of people who can walk into any room, face any challenge, and know without a shadow of a doubt that you belong there.

We have already proven that we can compete. Now it’s time to prove how far we can go.
