POSTS STORIES REELS

There is something quietly stirring within you. It is difficult to explain, but you feel it; you know it is there. You find yourself feeling a pull, or a longing for something more, and wonder where that feeling might be leading you. ✨

You do not need to have every answer before taking the next step. All you need is the willingness to trust what keeps gently drawing you forward – stay open to where it might lead.

You may already be awakening to your gifts. If so, our Mystery School is a sacred container where you can follow the thread to see where this tug within leads. It is a place for belonging, refinement, mastery, soul growth, and learning to use your gifts for a purpose. If this work is entirely new to you, this is a place to learn Somatic Channeling while stepping onto a path of profound personal and spiritual transformation.

Whether you're beginning your spiritual journey, deepening an existing relationship with your practice, seeking genuine community, or feeling called toward purpose and service, this training meets you where you are and reveals what is waiting to emerge.

If you have been feeling drawn toward this work, we would love to welcome you into the next Mystery School. Enrollment is now open for the 2026–27 cohort, and we are so grateful to welcome a new group of students who are ready to begin this experience together. 🤍

Comment MYSTERY below, and we will send you the link to enroll.

A lot of people are experiencing spontaneous but coherent movement now -

and they might just be sitting on their couch, dancing, in meditation, doing breathwork - or maybe in a psychedelic ceremony when suddenly the body starts creating mudras or movements - seemingly ON ITS OWN. 🤯

This is Somatic Channeling - a full spectrum master "modality" of energy work that goes beyond just healing work.

It is an evolutionary leap in consciousness. It's a path to spiritual mastery.

Are you experiencing this? Would love to hear in the comments below.

Or comment MYSTERY to see how deep the rabbit hole goes - and how you can bring these gifts into the world.

After a decade of doing this and working with hundreds of people experiencing this, I believe this is more than just kundalini activation or light language or reiki.

This is a "global orchestrated project" as my guides and other guides have shared with me and those I work with.

The wild thing is - anyone can learn. Or if you're doing this already, you can refine, hone and master your energetic abilities.

Would love to have you join the mini-project I've created within that global project: the Somatic Channeling Mystery School.

Deadline to enroll is Oct 1st at somaticchanneling.com. Links in bio.

What if this was something you could learn? What if it was already in you, just waiting to be revealed?

🫳Not to imitate someone else's way of working.
🫴Not to memorize a technique.
🫳But to learn how to listen deeply enough to your own body that it can become a vessel for something greater.

And that "greater thing" - Source, the All, the Creator - whatever higher power speaks through you - actually knows what it's doing. It knows how to move you to offer absolutely precise energy work for another.

Thank you to @somasomawithease for receiving and being so vulnerable in this session during our last Mystery School retreat.

This is what we develop inside the Somatic Channeling Mystery School — beginning with your own channel, your nervous system, your relationship with energy, and your connection to the Divine.

The journey begins with the Initiate Path — a 5-month virtual foundation in Somatic Channeling with a close-knit cohort of global students who become soul family. Truly ✨

And if you choose to continue into practitioner training?
(which is just 1 of 4 "majors" in our school to choose from)..

Then you get to take this work out of the virtual space and practice it in real time — in the jungle and on the beaches of Oaxaca, Mexico, or among the pristine mountains of Boulder, Colorado. 🏝️🌿🏔️

Learning to work not only with your own channel, but eventually to bring these gifts into service with others.

40 people from around the world have already said yes to their embodied power & gifts, leaping into the magic.

We begin October 11.
Enrollment closes October 1. ✨🌀

If you've been watching this work and feeling something stir, or have circles back around again and again, maybe it's worth listening to that.

DM me or comment MYSTERY SCHOOL and I'll send you the details. 🤍

In the Spirit of Samhain / Hallow's Eve, just thought I'd share a little story about an apparition of witches... (I've always loved Halloween (my due date was Halloween in fact!)...

Whatever you're doing today, dressing up as, or whatever rituals you're doing: would love to hear how you honor the dark, mysterious, or spookier aspects of life, or the "masks" we wear and also take off...

or share a spooky story yourself in the comments below 👻🎃👻🧙‍♀️🧙‍♀️🧙‍♀️

Happy Halloween 🎃

We came here to experience the illusion of separation.

We came here to get lost! (And to have fun within the illusion).

And we came here to get found.

Just a lil message that came through around this idea.

Exciting news!! (About that time we made 🛸 contact using SomChan...)

Myself, @open_gateways & @hz_energy_healing submitted our story to the podcast @acidforsquares “Cosmic Confessional Contest” - and our story was chosen! Gahhh! We're absolutely psyched 👽🥳🎉

We are so incredibly honored and grateful for this opportunity and to be selected as a finalist... it's not always easy to share these types of experiences publicly. And @tanyadahl and @codybluesnider are doing incredible work with their podcast to make these stories more visible and accessible.

There are many incredible stories they chose as finalists (ours being one), and the "grand prize" is one storyteller gets to go on the podcast IRL to share the story.

Our was about the time we used SomChan "Level 5" entrainment as we call it to open an interdimensional portal / pillar of light which resulted in us making contact with HUNDREDS of UFO orbs.

Given that this is my favorite podcast and this experience was so powerful and significant to each one of us - and that our ultimate goal as a community is to shift consciousness for the better - helping people remember how powerful they are....

it would mean the world if you considered dropping a comment in YouTube (link in bio / in stories) which could help our chances of sharing this story with the world more. 🫶🙏🫶🙏

It would be an absolute dream come true to have the honor of sharing this story with more people.

Thanks for the love & support!! 💕🫶✨🛸

Can't believe I'm saying this, but tomorrow is the last day to enroll in the 2026/2027 Somatic Channeling Mystery School.

I feel like the last cohort just completed their journey... and it was so, so special. So profound. The bonds that form through this experience are so, so deep.

And those bonds begin to form during the first part of the path: the virtual Initiate Path portion of our school that is rooted in deep self-work and interpersonal work, as well as laying all foundations for not only evolving this practice within yourself and within community, but understanding its fundamental framework and how the energy field works.

From there, our school invites students to go deeper and expand with us by joining us in person in Oaxaca Mexico (March 19-22) or Boulder, CO (June 3-6) for in person immersions / retreats.

Or, if you want to keep expanding and exploring virtually, you can. We offer virtual certification pathways and advanced trainings this way as well.

However you choose to explore our school - there are many ways - one thing is for certain; you will walk away with a depth of evolution in your practice and personally that is likely hard to imagine now.

And you will meet a beautiful group of souls who are doing this alongside you, who can become soul family.

We hope you join us for the adventure. For many, it's the adventure of a lifetime. And you can go on this adventure in 5 months to a year.

We aren't meant to be doing this alone. Whether you're doing light language behind a camera for social media, having spontaneous somatic experiences in breathwork classes, opening portals in psychedelic ceremonies, or experiencing wild kundalini activation... in isolation with few people to talk to....

IMAGINE what happens when we come together with conscious intention to use these gifts. Because when we truly understand what is happening and what these gifts are used for --

We not only channel movement for our own healing and awakening - supporting one another through that process - but we channel for the planet, for the collective, for humanity, for the cosmos...

This is what the @somaticchanneling Mystery School is all about. Comment MYSTERY to learn more 🫶🌹

Level up your abilities, grow, expand, heal, awaken with others. And find you PURPOSE with this work.

If you’re ready to transform your life and align with your soul’s mission, join the @somaticchanneling Mystery School (training program) while you still can! (There’s only 6 spots left and the deadline is Oct 1!)

This program is truly a fast track to healing & awakening your gifts, and I’m teaching Verbal Channeling in the Purpose Path!

While yes, you could do 1:1 sessions, or try to deepen this on your own, the Mystery School fast tracks the process. Why is that? 👇

⭐️ A STRUCTURED CONTAINER: The biggest issue I see when I teach people this in a 1:1 format is accountability and practice. Joining a school gets you into a rhythm of returning to practice with structure and accountability. No willpower required!

⭐️ACTIVATING TRANSMISSIONS VIA 1:1S & GROUP: The school provides several 1:1 guided sessions, as well as group practice. When you’re guided into the modality by a skilled teacher, there’s an activation that occurs—the teacher is transmitting a frequency that depends the work & unlocks new stages for the student, while also serving as a sounding board and mirror to help you deepen your trust. In group practice, there’s a coherent field that forms, which can also expand the work in powerful ways.

⭐️ DEEPER UNDERSTANDING: when I teach this practice in a 1:1 format, I notice students always want to understand what’s happening on an intellectual level. While we don’t always “need” to know, The Mystery School’s group lectures and classes provide a framework for understanding the practice in a way that bridges intuition and intellect, which is something that 1:1s can’t fully offer.

⭐️ COMMUNITY & SUPPORT: Joining the Mystery School’s group lectures gives you access to a large community of others walking the same path. Community is POWERFUL, especially when you’re having mystical or healing experiences that may seem “crazy” to someone who hasn’t experienced it. Connecting with others helps you trust the process through mirroring (you’ll learn you’re not the only one doing that bizarre, specific movement!), you’ll feel less alone, and there’s so much you’ll learn from hearing what others are experiencing.

Ready to dive in? The link is in my bio! by @taylor_unjaara

We could tell you about the depth of this work, but sometimes the people who have lived it can say it in a way we never could. 🤍

These are a few voices from inside Mystery School, sharing what this practice has opened in their lives.

✨ A deeper alignment with self

✨ A feeling of coming home to who they are

✨ A curriculum & framework that creates understanding of the practice

✨ Activation of gifts & leveling up within community

✨ Intuition that feels sharper than ever

✨ A clearer awareness of the blocks and wounds that may have once been leading the way

✨ An opening into a depth of spirit they did not know was available to them

The power of the practice reveals itself even more when you experience it in a devotional container, alongside others, with mentorship, support, and space to go deeper.

And while every person’s experience with this work is entirely their own, hearing these stories reminds us of what is possible within this container, and why we’ve created this sacred space.

Our Mystery School enrollment ends October 1 and first class starts October 11! 🫴

Comment MYSTERY to receive all the information about our curriculum and certification program.

Thank you to our Mystery School students @soulbird_speaks @chris.livelifesoul @kailyburton for trusting this practice, going on the journey with us, and sharing your experiences so openly.
