Hi everyone 👋 ya girl just got new headshots, so figured it was time to re-introduce myself.

My name’s Taylor and I’m a realtor with lpt realty in Central Florida. My home base is Mount Dora, but my Prius gets good gas mileage 😉

My husband and I have a four-year-old, and as cheesy as it is, I work my butt off for him. So if you hire me as your realtor, you know I’m invested. I need the coffee and Hot Wheels money. 😂

I’m a central Florida girl, born and raised, though I did a ten year stint in Jacksonville 😆 I ended up finding my way back to the center of the state and I’ve been loving every minute helping my clients find their new homes. 🏠

Learn to pivot.

Your client wants to see a few extra houses while you’re out with them? If it’s not going to completely derail the day, do it. See if it’s vacant. Call the listing agent. Make friends. Show homes. The house we went under contract on was a last minute look that they came across that didn’t even fit all their wants. But they loved it anyway!

Did half of your showings cancel the night before for various reasons? Find more. Let there be breathing room in your tour. Turn it into a lifestyle tour and show them where their new Publix or local coffee spot will be.

Take a deep breath and pivot.

March Recap!

I took March a bit slower (which is going to reflect in April, but hey, a girl has to rest okay!) to take a much needed vacation and visit family. We worked hard and played hard and now we’re rolling into April hitting the gas again 😆

And yes, small Thomas (that’s what he wants to go by) did give the turtle in the last photo a frown. He thought it was hilarious 😂 by @taylorborchmann
