Updated list of tools, tips and tricks for looking and feeling my best. Comment BEST OF and I’ll send you links to everything mentioned here ❤️❤️❤️

I look better at 38 than I did at 28. Here’s why:

1. 4-5x weekly red light therapy with the Celluma face (the king of red light devices). I also just got the CurrentBody and have the PEDETE body panel. Red light penetrates the skin to stimulate fibroblasts, which produce collagen and elastin, reduces inflammation, etc

2. I replaced my shower head with a filter, and got a bath filter. LA tap water is HARD, and filters remove chlorine and heavy metals. I have noticed huge improvements in both skin + hair.

3. I started topical + 📌 copper peptides. Copper boosts collagen and elastin production, reduces inflammation and enhances tissue repair.

4. I prioritized supporting my parasympathetic nervous system at all cost with practices like - grounding, my PEMF mat, legs up the wall, sleep and supporting my circadian biology with early morning light

5. I learned facial massage techniques, lymphatic drainage techniques, and worked to open detox pathways by getting a sauna. by @taylorconzelman

Almost no botox from ages 32-38 (I got it two times late last year, but it didn’t seem to do anything). No facial filler, no surgeries, no extreme procedures. I’ve had one ClearSilk treatment + one vampire facial in the last two years - had some threads in 2024. It’s 100 percent what you do consistently and daily + not what you can buy in a procedure

◦ Face taping
◦ Microneedling
◦ Red light
◦ The correct supplements
◦ Using facial quality skincare on the body
◦ Consistency
◦ Sweating
◦ Facial massage + lymphatic drainage
◦ Sunlight and nutrition
◦ Proper breathing technique
◦ Fixing my posture

Here are 10 things that I avoid and swaps that I have made instead. Save this list for reference.

1. Morpheus8 - microneedling with exosomes
2. Tretinoin on face - bakuchiol or retinol alternatives
3. Low carb diets - high carb with fruit and honey
4. Late night eating - circadian fasting
5. Teflon pans - cast iron cookware
6. Coolscuplting - strength training
7. Facial filler/sculptra - I never did either of these but… microneedling at home, carboxy gel, skincare, face massage
8. Cured deli meats - grass fed meats
9. Alcohol and hard drugs - life without them lol
10. Toxic relationships - see above
