Flying Pig Marathon 🐷🪽—

Took me two weeks to bring to IG socials but this is one I want to live in my feed forever.

Running has taught me it doesn’t matter what you look like or how fast you run, you can still do hard things 🫶🏼 by @taylord91

Trying to select photos to frame and it’s impossible. @karen_hiltbrand and @adisonraye knocked it out of the park. Not sure how it was only two months ago, seems ages. by @taylord91

DSS Wexvale Pepperanne 🤍

When I was 14 years old, my Grandpa Harrison bought me a heifer at the Michigan beef expo. I can’t say that I was super thrilled that she was a shorthorn. We didn’t have Shorthorns. But I quickly grew fond of the sassiest, most independent and eventually, most spoiled cow.

I knew this post was coming, but I would be lying if I didn’t say that I had hoped for one my year. Your body may have failed you but your spirit never did. I’ll forever hear your obnoxious moo, loud nose snorts and apple chomping.

You saw me through my childhood, multiple state moves and marriage. I’m sorry I could never move you to the mountains, but I know you lived the best life. I hope heaven is full of apples and pink pails filled with grain. Enjoy the greener pastures, girl.

Forever The Queen.

Year 3️⃣

Happy anniversary to my person! The one who picks me up from long runs, always makes me laugh, my favorite person to talk cattle with and my sounding board. I’m so glad it wasn’t this hot three years ago! by @taylord91

I’ve got so much to be thankful for —

Including an eight year old nephew who loves to join me on runs. This was his song choice for tonight’s post run video. Thankful after work running in the light season has commenced!! by @taylord91
