My little rescue baby, Fred.

We make a joke that I found you off Kijiji 14 years ago (hence why you were always so crazy with a mind of your own).

You came from a rough upbringing and slowly opened up to us and learned to accept the love you always deserved. You were our family’s missing piece, papa’s sidekick, a celebrity in our neighbour with your famous lion cut, and Ryder’s younger (yet annoying) brother.

You’ve been there with me through every phase of life and when I needed you the most. After losing our world these past two years, you still somehow kept our family together and made it “home”. You have no idea how much we needed you.

I hope you’re bugging Papa up there and eating all the chips in the world. 15 years together. 18 years you lasted!!! Rest in peace to our one and only 💙

Happy heavenly birthday my Papa 🤍

It still doesn’t seem real. You have been guiding me through the darkest time of my life, and I’m still somehow standing. From my real life voice of reason, to now that gut instinct that sits within me, you have shown up for me in ways I never knew I needed. The path may not always seem right, but I trust you. The day I see you again will be the happiest day of my life Papa. I’ll have all the pranks, kitkats and baileys ready.

🤍Location: Glendale Funeral Home & Cemetery, Etobicoke
🤍Time: Visitation-11am, Funeral-12pm

Celebration of Life will be held at Markland Woods Golf Club in Mississauga from 2pm onward.

Happy birthday momma ❤️✨

The most resilient, independent, and loyal person I know. Even when all odds are against you, you somehow never complain. Never once do you load your feelings onto others. Never once do you put yourself before those you love. Never once have you ever given up on me, even in my worst moments. You surprise me every day with your selflessness and remind me how far it can take you.

The wild stories I continue to hear of you growing up make me realize why I am so crazy myself. Clearly the apple doesn’t fall far from the tree. 🤪💃🏼🥳

I hope you know how loved and valued you are by everyone you touch. Thank you for teaching me to never sweat the small stuff, and to love as hard as you do. I am so grateful to be unconditionally loved by you.

My goal this year is to surround myself with people who lift me up and want the best for me. One of the most selfless, ambitious, and sincere people in my life. It may be Valentine’s Day, but I’m so thankful for this girl who makes me pee my pants and pushes me to be better every day.
