Basketball has been apart of me and my life forever. I used to get the lines blurred with my worth by how good I played or by how successful I became in this sport. Then God revealed to me that the game I played was for something bigger than what I wanted out of it. I was playing for others to see the goodness of God through me. Along this journey God has given me amazing people that I will continue to keep in my life. This game has given me an abundance of blessings I can’t count but it also handed me situations that tested my faith and resilience to push through. Being a student athlete is NOT FOR THE WEAK. Some of the things I’ve endured for basketball has changed me as a person forever. I put on the full armor of God every-time I played on any basketball court and that is the only way I finished my career HANDS DOWN. I am going to miss playing and the teammates I’ve gotten to call family but I’m also ready to see what God has planned for me next. TP23 out🫡🤍 by @taypogi
