Dear Tavon,
May you pour into yourself more often, refresh your spirit, and give yourself an opportunity to experience life outside of work. taken in New York City by @tayrizzy

Self-control isn’t just willpower, it’s choosing what’s important over what feels urgent🫀

The flesh will always show up loud, but through the Spirit, we can learn to choose what honors God before the moment ever comes.

“The fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control.”
— Galatians 5:22–23

Don’t just fight the flesh. Feed the Spirit.

See you this Thursday, October 08 @ 6:45PM!

🔥 THE CODE 🔥

This past week at U-Nights, we split the room: girls in one room, guys in the other. But we all walked away with the same message.

We aren’t meant to do life alone. We need people who sharpen us, support us, and hold us accountable. ❤️‍🔥

“As iron sharpens iron, so one person sharpens another.”
— Proverbs 27:17

Real community. Real vulnerability. Real accountability.

That’s the code. 🔐 See y’all TOMORROW! 🙌

WHAT IS HUMILITY?

This past U-NIGHTS, we learned that true humility shifts the focus from me to God and others.

Humility isn’t thinking less of yourself; it’s thinking of yourself less.

When we choose humility, it gives us:
✨ Uncommon security
🙌🏽 A higher perspective
🔥 Supernatural power
