Here’s some of my before/afters pictures!!! For those of you who don’t know I underwent 2 major hip surgeries a few years back - which sparked my love for bodybuilding. I remember feeling so weak and brittle after both surgeries and having a whole new appreciation for my body. I fell in love with gaining strength and finding a confidence in myself that I didn’t know I could have. Not only have I grown physically stronger, but my fitness journey has helped me in so many ways mentally. I’m able to escape from any anxiety or worry for the time that i’m in the gym to completely focus on myself and allow my head to clear. I would loveeee to challenge you to push yourself and help you achieve your goals.
