✨🔮MY CRYSTAL RECCOMENDATIONS FOR EVERY INTENTION🔮✨ and to tune UP YOUR VIBRATIONS🫶🏼🫶🏼

The higher your vibration and frequency- the happier, lighter and more aware you feel. When you operate from a high frequency, your energy shifts, and your manifestations, as well as dreams, become a reality.

Not only are crystals great for healing, CRYSTALS are one of the most powerful ways to attract, shift and tune your energy- crystals that are Reiki charged with love and great energy of course! The right crystals will always find you and connect to you- highly recommend trying to use and connect with healing crystals to tune up your frequency, energy and vibrations🫶🏼

These crystal recommendations are the most common intentions that my clients look for (I have been using howlite and blue apatite personally) and are all available for you to connect with at my studio @thecareconcept

Over 200 types of Reiki charged healing crystals available in my studio @thecareconcept - with one (or more) that will resonate with you💚

✨WHY I LOVE AMAZONITE✨

Amazonite is one of the crystals that suits all zodiac signs- it carries an awesome, gentle but powerful energy. It’s one of the best “feel good” crystals, and GREAT for manifesting or getting creative with manifestations and visualization✨

Amazonite really helps the wearer highlight the importance of being in a good frequency to attract AND receive manifestations. It helps us raise our frequency gently and in a stable manner. It also gives a boost of good luck energy- and it doesn’t give you a crystal rush like herkimer diamond or Auralite 23 does (also good crystals for manifesting but super high in energy)

Highly recommend amazonite for those who love a good day to day manifestation and good luck crystal- giving good subtle energy to your manifestations✨ also an awesome feel good Crystal and great for self expression and creativity🫶🏼

quotes that have been resonating recently💚 it’s mental health awareness month- mental health is what determines how your life goes, determines what your reality looks like, how your quality of life is and how you physically feel.

This October, take a few moments to check in with your mental health- and release what needs to be released, process what needs to be processed, heal what needs to be healed, change what needs to be changed and say what needs to be said- from your heart, not ego. And remember, nothing is more important that having a good baseline, regulated nervous system and good mental health.💚

Your journey doesn’t need to make sense to anyone but you- so take care of YOU. In a world filled with heaviness, anger & judgement- choose compassion, understanding and love, without losing yourself or your peace. There is always room for compassion and kindness for yourself, and for others.💚

Big hugs,
Steph💚 taken in Hong Kong by @tazelboxofficial

💚Quotes that have been resonating lately- especially during Venus Retrograde💚

Venus Retrograde highlights love- what our concept of love is. This can include what we used to think was love, and what we think is love now, and how that has shifted for us through different connections, healing, reflection and circumstances. What you once felt was love or needed in a relationship could have shifted- and this retrograde calls for us to reflect what we actually need and want now from relationships.

If there is healing to be done in order to find the clarity or if changes are meant to be made in relationships- this retrograde will serve up similar circumstances to either test whether you’ve truly moved past something or some core patterns, whether you’re truly in alignment with what you’re looking for, and whether you feel you are ready for a relationship! This period will also show you what could still be lingering from the past, and it will also show you how family dynamics impact your relationship needs.

Everyone’s learnings are going to be different during this Venus Retrograde which lasts till early to mid November- and it’s best to navigate this time period with the mindset of what suits you now, instead of what was working for you in the past. It’s also important to have good discernment on what are past trauma patterns/narratives, and what is your intuition actually telling you!

If you feel confused, a prayer to try would be the following:
Angels, please bring me back to the present, and guide me on what I need to see. Please help me connect with my intuition, not fear. Please bring me clarity and alignment for my highest good and happiness.💚

Venus retrograde is also not a time to make quick decisions- take these 2 weeks to reflect before deciding on anything🫶🏼 by @tazelboxofficial

✨♎️CRYSTALS FOR LIBRA SEASON♎️✨

Libra season is one of my favourite seasons because it marks the beginning of fall- and the last few months of the year to lock in before 2027 starts!♎️ Libra season is also great for taking what you’ve learned about yourself the last few months- and reintroducing the new you to the world✨

Libra’s are all about balance, fairness, love, charisma, connection & partnership- making a great season to pursue your heart’s desires, and generate abundance and balance in all areas of our lives. If something is not in balance or in alignment to your happiness or highest self- this season is a great time to shift things to realign and reconnect with yourself💚

These are my crystal recommendations for Libra season♎️

✨BLUE APATITE: great for self expression and listening- helps you tune into what you actually desire, and communicate your needs and wants💚 it also promotes good spiritual, mental and physical health✨

✨PREHNITE: Libra is ruled by Venus, the planet of love. Prehnite invites us to connect with your heart, and helps us heal any wounds that relate to self love and receiving love💚

✨SERA STONE: great stone for balance in all areas of life as well as balancing your chakras. It also helps you reconnect with your heart and soul- helping you take action that aligns with what you desire, and not from limiting or conditioned beliefs💚 also great for grounding whenever you feel like you get too lost in your thoughts - esp for air signs (Aquarius, Gemini and Libra)

✨BLUE BLOSSOM AGATE: a stone that helps keep energy light hearted! It’s an awesome feel good stone and takes away any seasonal blues. Also great for healing from old wounds relating to love- and helps you attract connections that genuinely align with who you are now💚
