I recently had the pleasure of writing an article about what being autistic looks like for me with @nationalautisticsociety . Feels quite surreal writing such a raw piece about my struggles when just over a year ago I was still undiagnosed. Every single person who has stood beside we whilst I figure out who Taz truly is - thank you. That is the meaning of allyship, truly. It never gets easier , ever but I do get luckier , every day. To have an incredible partner @daisy.taylor.x who understands me better than I understand myself some days , and gorgeous friends who know that almost nothing is simple for me. I am so incredibly grateful for them all ♥️. by @tazlong

VENUE CHANGE - DUE TO AN EVENT CLASH, WE WILL NOW BE UP ON LADIES’ PARLOUR, WEST HILL. THIS IS PAST THE ENTRANCE FOR THE LIFT , UP THE PATH & ONTO THE TOP OF THE HILL. KIOSK WILL BE OPEN WITH REFRESHMENTS AVAILABLE !

As the 4th October approaches , I thought I’d give people some more information on the day itself. It should be relaxed , funny and wholesome. We’re aiming to be finished by around 3pm - and then we are happy to welcome reactive / nervous dogs who also deserve just as much love 🩷💕🐾

I’m so excited for this event !! Soon I’ll be posting about how you can enter your lovelies into the categories provided ✨. I’d love to see you all there.

Will you and your pup be coming along? 🥳🍾 taken in West Hill, Hastings by @tazlong

Eeeeek full name reveal 🤣!

Proud to say I’m Pet First Aid & CPR Trained. I chose to do this because I care deeply about the welfare and happiness of your pets , and because I think it’s an extremely important skill to have. ⛑️🩹

Interesting fact : Dogs (except barrel chested dogs) are better receiving CPR laying on their side as the organisation of their organs is different from a human and this position is much more effective.

Just another reason to book in with Trusted Taz and feel exactly that , trust 💚 taken in Hastings, East Sussex by @tazlong

TRUSTED TAZ TURNS ONE 🐾🐕🦴✨

I am SO proud of what we have built in just one year. I’m so thankful to be your pet professional today, tomorrow and every day . Please come celebrate with us at Alexandra park! We will have rosettas, funny categories and a doggy bag (literally) for everyone 💕🩷. If you have a reactive babe I will be hanging around after everyone disperses for a while to make sure they can get their attention too - please don’t let it put you off. All of the sociable pups - the more the merrier ! I’d love to get a class of trustees photo 🥹.

THANKYOU. From the bottom of my heart - Thankyou. For making this first year such a breeze. This job , your fur babies - have truly changed my life for the better 🏅 taken in Alexandra Park, Hastings by @tazlong

HASTINGS TRAVELS TOGETHER AGAINST THE FAR RIGHT

On the 28th of March thousands of people are taking to the streets of central London to demonstrate against the far right.
Hastings & Bexhill SUTR are offering subsidised train tickets in order to mobilise as many people as possible. £10 waged £5 unwaged. For tickets visit @hastingsandbexhill_sutr and go to the link in their bio.

Felt this was important to share on the grid . Unfortunately I can’t make it as I’m working , but wouldn’t it be great to see a huge group of Stingers on the train together. Go march! Go shout! Be angry ! Be loud ! Be anti fascism ! 💚💚💚💚 taken in Hastings, East Sussex by @tazlong

Introducing our first poet - @tazlong ✨🦋

Taz Long writes poetry that combines sexuality , honesty and emotion - mainly looking into what life is like for someone living in a larger body and the depth of life changing experiences that come with this . From fun sexy sonnets to politically charged anger fuelled think pieces, Taz walks the line between fun and forward.

Stay tuned for more poetry highlights! ✨
