We are immensely grateful to have @wholelisticlivin join us at our next Mini Farmers Market as our featured community vendor. We cannot talk about farming and wholistic health without highlighting the importance of herbs, teas, and natural products that are birthed from the same lands our vegetables are produced. Come on out next Saturday and invest in your self care.

Sending immense gratitude to @kinandflofarm and @seedsnsoil for the care and intention put into pouring into the littles during the Back to the Land: Harvest and Chicken Processing workshop. A few of them were apprehensive at first, but the feeling of community and it being about so much more than killing chickens, made them warm up quickly. They’re still talking about it almost 2 weeks later.

Thank you for your offering and we thoroughly look forward to learning more in the future. by @tbfl_bfn

It is our absolute pleasure to have @earthanvessel as our featured community vendor at our next mini market in less than a week. If you’ve experienced Earthan Vessel, then you know this business comes with an incredible product made by even more incredible beings. As you are supporting your local farmers, please stop by her table and grab some refreshing lemonade. See you Saturday!

This past weekend, we were able to distribute fresh produce to families at @conehealth “Building a Better You” resource fair and Gabriel Lodge 115 annual Book Bag Drive in Hampton Homes. Thank you to the farmers within our network for the contribution and to the community partners for all of the work they do on a daily.

Yes- we care what elementary school students think about the future of agriculture.
As apart of our planning leading up to Juneteenth, we were able to have conversations with youth around where their food comes from and the part they can play in getting it to them. We asks them “what would your farm look like in the future?”. That question led to a very scholarly conversation about the benefits and negative impact that technology can have on our society- and for some very creative landscaping. We look forward to further engaging our youth this fall. by @tbfl_bfn
