At the end of 2025 I was gonna make a big blowup appreciation post for what an amazing year I had and it truly was that— one of the best years of my life. I bought my first house, new car, loving my job and my projects, finished a really amazing renovation with Peter, had the opportunity to travel to Mexico and Italy amongst many great and joyful moments with many new friends. Unfortunately, tragedy struck in December when Howard died, right in the middle of the process of me buying my house, then my dad got sick and passed. I’ve never experienced grief like this and it’s truly ripped me to shreds. All this to say, I am making the post now because I know these clouds are about to clear and I wanted to spotlight last year despite the end of it being really crummy. Dad, thank you for always being here for me. I will never forget how much you championed for my success and always listened. You were a fixer, and you always helped me no matter how big or small the problem. You believed in me and for that I will be forever grateful.
