Women always wonder why men cheat, even i pondered this question and it wasn’t until i started seeking help, i started wanting to be better for the person i date until God started unpacking all of this baggage.

The truth is most of us black men are heavily influenced by rap music that tells us to get as many women as we can so that’s what we do. If you grow up in the neighborhood your homeboys say things like “oh you ain’t got no h***”. So there’s a pressure we as men feel to holla at just about every fe we see. It’s all toxic, but we’re oblivious because as time transpires this becomes NORMAL to us…

I went to therapy last year and my therapist told me since you were 17 years old to 33 you’ve been married to the girl that did you wrong and you’ve treated every woman like she was going to cheat on you. That’s why you haven’t had a successful relationship yet… Wow, sharing so someone else gets free. Bro be intentional about letting old wounds go.

The Bible says in James 5:16 confess your sins so you may find healing… Hope this helps 🖤

Bro I am absolutely heartbroken writing this. I have been trying not to think about what’s transpired and it only works for a little while. Man you have been one of my best friends for ten plus years, I’ll cherish every conversation, every laugh and rank session, every man up conversation we’ve had. You’re one of the most selfless people I’ve ever met, you never cared for bad vibes whenever anyone would fall out you would always say “that ain’t right” and we need to tighten up. Man you were the glue to a lot of friendships I still have w ppl and I’m sure a plethora of others can attest to this. Bro you always supported me, you was always there dog and I’ll love you 5evr for showing me love as a friend.. I never told you this but you was the funniest out of all of us to me, it’s crazy how I actually had “prememes” or “pre joke” pictures of you in my phone just in case u ranked on me in our group chats or on social media so I could use them 🤣 just because you had me (fckd up) lmao. Truth is you always got the best of me in rankin I just never could admit it, we all wanted to be the funniest. Brother you hold the crown. Ima miss your laugh dog, your laugh was infectious. Sometimes I just laughed because you laughed 🤣. Ima miss you yelling loud as hell to rank on me or someone else, ima miss as soon as we see each other we sizing each other up to rank.

I’ll never forget senior year we went to gradnight and it was allegedly “Duval vs Miami” but it ended being me and you about to fight like 15 dudes from Miami and u stood ten toes w me, lol man we had ti wait in a room for two hours after by ourselves dog we was clowning the whole time man lmaooo. I can’t understand this, you were so funny, always smiling, always kiccn flava. The disdain I have for the person who did this to you is well beyond a feeling. I’ve been praying for your beautiful fiancé and children and your mum bro to eventually have peace and understanding . Please look after every one down here we’re a mess, and please give me strength, I’ve been on auto pilot since I got the call. Man Christmas was different for me this year, i haven’t spent a Christmas with my dad side of the family since i was a little boy. I was in Heaven being around all of them, riding through Macon Georgia. Seeing the elementary school went to for 6 months, the football team i played for with my big brother, my nephews, my cousins, my little sister house! Man it was dope and truly a time I’ll always cherish.

One thing I’ve learned is that memories will always last so create them with the ones who truly love you. Barnes gang this won’t be the last time we share a holiday anymore. I love you all 🖤 taken in Macon, Georgia by @tbhonest
