Can’t ever have a serious moment with this group man 😭

Although @thecaden_20 is hilarious in this moment with is “period” 😭, those principles stay the same! Make sure you’re controlling these three things every time you step on the baseball field:
1. ENERGY- come to the field with a purpose and have fun while you do it!
2. EFFORT- they say “half the battle is just trying”
3. HUSTLE- out hustle and outwork your opponent daily. Hustle goes a long way in coaches & scouts eyes.

#RunOutWithMe
Featuring #uncommitted 2024 @ja11ke

One of the smoothest catchers I’ve been able to coach. High IQ guy behind the plate who leads all of his pitching staffs. Dude does a great job of instilling confidence in all of his pitchers by presenting all their pitches on time and blocking any breaking balls in the dirt. I also wouldn’t run on this guy either! 🙅🏾‍♂️

This guy won’t be uncommitted for much longer!

Life’s been kinda crazy lately to say the least lol but the truest tests of who you are, comes from how tall you stand in moments of conflict & adversity. With that being said, I’m blessed and excited to say that I’m a part owner of @mvp_florida! Baseball really has taken me to so many different places and given me the opportunity to make childhood dreams come true. I thank @mvp_coach7 for believing in me to help take this partnership to the next level. All my family and friends who have supported me thru this journey, y’all know I love you for life ❤️

What these Friday’s turned into ⚾️🔥

@carter.dough is an OG of the Friday fielding groups! He always came ready to work and get better at his craft. Over the years he’s continued to stay consistent with that work and it’s helped turn him into an everyday middle infielder on any team he plays for! Love seeing the development and progress over the years. Looking to see a standout senior year from my guy Donda ✊🏾

Apply That Work 🗣️⚾️

Another bounce back guy right here! @nate.scelzi has really been locked in this fall with his work and staying consistent with his sessions. Working on staying in his lower half longer and just simply hitting the fastball “out in front”. Great job applying the work to game action, big senior year incoming 👀⚾️

Put it together ⚾️

@brayden_howard27 has gone into rebuilding mode and little by little is getting himself back to where he was last spring. Starting to stack solid at-bat after solid at-bat, he’s putting himself in a good position to make an impact at his new school ⚾️

The game is starting to slow down 👀

One beautiful thing we love to witness with our athletes is the game beginning to slow down for them mentally. As they continue to get better at their craft, you’re looking for them to be able to slow things down and not always be in a hurry. The more their work resembles game-like tendencies and speed, the “easier” the game will get for them. @nico_nrg14 good work out there my boy! 🔥⚾️

“Quality over Quantity”

As you begin to mature as an athlete, it’s important you focus on the details and quality of your work. Everyone can take 300 swings but are those swings meaningful and consistent? What are you trying to accomplish with your reps also?

This is a big focus I’ve been having with my athletes lately and Carter is taking that information in stride and applying it ⚾️🔥

Coop Dawg ✊🏾

The transition to the big field always has an adjustment period. @coopersanborn35 has been adjusting to the change just fine! Working hard on being consistent with his work and to make himself a solid piece in the lineup. Keep working big dawg 🗣️

It was his turn now 🔥⚾️

Couldn’t leave my guy @jaycontrino27 out the mix! Another solid ball player who won’t stay #uncommitted for long. Took this heater for a ride last night to record his first home-run of the fall. The talented two-way prospect has been showing off his skillset both on the mound and at the plate!
