The fun has begun!!!! We skirted the fleece(as best we could) and washed it 2 times! That water was pretty gross 🤢 Now on to the rinse process. Mom and I are only doing half of the fleece to see how the process goes. So far so good!! 2 more rinses and it’s off to drying!! This first fleece is a Romney fleece. It’s an experiment for sure. 👍 taken in Lake Havasu City, Arizona by @tbraun2009

Good Morning! It’s a beautiful day! Clouds are rolling in coffee is warm in my cup and I’m just enjoying the peace that surrounds me. It’s amazing mornings like this when I’m reminded of how good God is! I am truly blessed beyond measure. My sweet 4 year old grandson sees me knitting one day and asks me “Grandma what are you making?” I told him I was making socks! He then proceeds to say…”are you making ME socks?” My heart melts and I say “yes of course I’ll make you socks!” So as soon as I get home from our visit I grab a ball of yarn and make him a pair of socks! Each time we talked he asked if I was still making them which made my grandma heart sooooo happy😊 ! I finished them in record time and mailed them off! Can’t wait for him to get them! I made them a bit different to see which size fits better so the next pair will be perfect!!! Yes there will be a next pair!!!!❤️❤️❤️🥰 by @tbraun2009

Started my Alaska Shawl while on our Alaskan cruise! Found some amazing yarn at a cute shop in Juneau AK. It was called Changing Tides. Great fabric/yarn shop! So making the Touchstone shawl with the first of 3 yarns by Alaskan Yarn Co. out of Homer AK called Glacier Creek! It’s beautiful!!! by @tbraun2009

Well our adventures outside have been taken over by lots and lots of Rain! So tosay we will be playing inside and making sourdough bread! Tonight we will be doing ice cream sundaes with homemade waffle cups! (Hopefully they turn out wish me luck!) by @tbraun2009
