Learning to be adaptable, learning to heal, to grieve ,to love loudly, to allow myself space, to quiet my mind, to go after my dreams, to experience, to allow friendships in, to wear my heart on my sleeve, to be. It’s no secret that i’m on a journey to managing endometriosis naturally. This journey is about choosing gentleness and managing the diagnosis in a way that feels aligned with my body and my values. 🌷
