TCD Cosmo didn’t just go to SkillsUSA… we came to serve some looks and collect some hardware. SIX medals total and a full esthetics sweep (1st, 2nd, 3rd). Skin was glowing, talent was showing, and the podium was fully booked. Congrats to all competitors, especially our girls below. Xo

There is something so powerful about standing in a room full of beauty school students. ✨

The hunger. The questions. The dreams that are still forming — but already so big.

Teaching at @tcdcosmo Beauty School reminded me why this industry matters so much. These students aren’t just learning how to hold shears or mix color — they’re learning how to build confidence, create opportunity, and design a life behind the chair.

The future of beauty is bold, talented, and ready. And if we pour into them early — with business, mindset, and real strategy — there is no limit to where they can go.

To every beauty school student: your talent is only the beginning. Dream bigger. Learn faster. Ask more questions. Your chair can change your life.

There was a time I was sitting in a classroom just like this, wondering what my future would look like.

Now I get to stand in front of them — and I never take that lightly.

Speaking to beauty students is something I truly love doing. Not just to share my story, but to shift what they believe is possible.

This industry is bigger than a chair.
It’s ownership. Leadership. Freedom.

Every time I walk into a school, my goal is the same: expand their vision.

Because once you see more, you can build more. 🤍
