ENERGY TRANSMUTATION

This set was recorded during a period of my life when I realized how much energy I was investing in things that weren't taking me where I wanted to go

The distractions
The search for instant gratification
The habits that kept me occupied, but never moving forward

It made me wonder:

What if that same energy could be redirected?

Not suppressed
Not ignored
Simply transformed

3 years ago, I became interested by the idea of consciously channeling energy, not only through my actions, but also through stillness, intention, and mudras

So this is a reminder that the same energy that pulls us away from our purpose can also become the force that brings us closer to it

Energy is never lost

It only changes direction

TRANSMUTACIÓN DE ENERGÍA

Este set fue grabado durante un período de mi vida en el que me di cuenta de cuánta energía estaba invirtiendo en cosas que no me estaban llevando a donde realmente quería llegar

Las distracciones
La búsqueda de gratificación instantánea
Los hábitos que me mantenían ocupado, pero nunca avanzando

Eso me hizo preguntarme:
¿Y si esa misma energía pudiera redirigirse?

No reprimirla
No ignorarla
Simplemente transformarla

Hace tres años empecé a interesarme por la idea de canalizar la energía de forma consciente, no solo a través de mis acciones, sino también mediante la quietud, la intención y mudras

Así que esto es un recordatorio de que la misma energía que puede alejarnos de nuestro propósito también puede convertirse en la fuerza que nos acerca a él

La energía nunca se pierde
Solo cambia de dirección

Heráclito de Éfeso decía que nadie puede bañarse dos veces en el mismo río. Cuando vuelves a entrar, el río ya ha cambiado y tú tampoco eres la misma persona que entró antes

Hoy entiendo esa idea de una manera diferente

Ayer cumplí un año más de vida. Pero no siento simplemente que haya sumado un año... siento que he dejado atrás una versión de mí

Todo lo que viví, todo lo que perdí, todo lo que aprendí, las personas que conocí, las decisiones que tomé y hasta los errores que cometí fueron transformándome poco a poco. Cada día algo en mí muere y algo nuevo nace

Por eso hoy, al despertar, ya no soy exactamente quien era ayer

El río no es el mismo

Y yo tampoco

Quizás evolucionar no significa convertirse en alguien completamente distinto, sino permitir que cada experiencia transforme la dirección en la que fluimos

Ayer terminó una etapa de mi vida, hoy vuelvo a entrar en el río
